and we are still rooting for chaos
11/11/2006 10:51:43 PM
arkansas will not be at the top of that priority list
11/11/2006 10:52:03 PM
^ if they win out, then yes, they'll have just beaten LSU and UF with a sole lose to USC. i think that will let them leapfrog NDalthough, if USC wins out they will probably be the undisputed #3 so i guess i should have listed that scenario further upso...if UF beats Arkansas for the SEC title: UF versus UMich/tOSUelse if USC wins out (Oregon, Cal, ND, UCLA): USC versus UMich/tOSUelse if Arkansas wins out (LSU, Miss St, UF): Arkansas versus UMich/tOSUelse if Rutgers wins out (Cincy, Cuse, WVU): Rutgers versus UMich/tOSUelse if ND beats USC in the "We scheduled Stanford" bowl: ND versus UMich/tOSUnote: assuming certain cupcake teams lie down, and guessing at where rutgers might slide in with its 3-team schedule[Edited on November 11, 2006 at 11:08 PM. Reason : added for page 2 and adjusted for USC]
11/11/2006 11:08:01 PM
arkansas will not pass USC if USC wins out, that would be absolutely ridiculousI'm a little worried that arkansas passes ND as early as tommorow though I think that would be just about as ridiculousim not sure about rutgers either...they will not pass anyone they dont get put ahead of in the poll tommorow assuming win-out scenarios[Edited on November 11, 2006 at 11:10 PM. 11/11/2006 11:09:28 PM

11/11/2006 11:10:22 PM

11/11/2006 11:12:18 PM
nice texas game is on abc now for bonus coverage, come on K-State!
11/11/2006 11:13:00 PM
beautiful, thanks for the heads upSACK
11/11/2006 11:14:05 PM

11/11/2006 11:14:24 PM
yeh, im in texas and have been watching the second halfgood game to watch
11/11/2006 11:14:34 PM

11/11/2006 11:15:08 PM
haha catch interference
11/11/2006 11:15:09 PM
yeah phishnlou my first attempt was hosed (i fixed it just before your next post)
11/11/2006 11:15:34 PM
I am still debating on whether all this losing is bailing out the bcs again this year, or creating more chaos...
11/11/2006 11:16:11 PM
michigan will win it all
11/11/2006 11:16:32 PM
what kind of block in the back call was that
11/11/2006 11:17:00 PM
its potentially setting up the bail outbut i think there is inevitably going to be controversy this year, just not as many teams are going to be involved
11/11/2006 11:17:05 PM
well as long as rutgers runs the table thats enough controversy to cause an uproar, would probably be the first time an undefeated team from a major conference got shut out even though there were only two undefeated teams
11/11/2006 11:18:32 PM
Right now,the two teams I need to see lose at least once is OSU and Michagan, with Rutgers winning out. Then I would love to see them sort that mess out.[Edited on November 11, 2006 at 11:19 PM. Reason : .]
11/11/2006 11:19:30 PM
51 yard field goal 45-35 KSU
11/11/2006 11:21:21 PM
i dont think rutgers has any chance of winning outand even if they do, they have nowhere near the claim of a lot of these 1 loss teamsrutgers fans and a few random doofuses would be outraged, but the rest of the country wont care
11/11/2006 11:21:29 PM
holy shit that guy has a leg!!!
11/11/2006 11:21:39 PM
Actually the Rutgers fans I know completely understand that they likely have no chance... They aren't getting by WVU anyhow though..
11/11/2006 11:22:34 PM
Hell, the way this season is going Rutgers may beat them.
11/11/2006 11:24:00 PM
11/11/2006 11:24:23 PM
its not even possible for 2 1 loss teams to play

put a half strike through florida they didnt really help themselves today even though they won
11/11/2006 11:32:32 PM
USC should go to #3 if they win in my opinionespecially if its big...but i guess lets let texas speak first
11/11/2006 11:32:42 PM
45-42
11/11/2006 11:34:56 PM
fuck usc
11/11/2006 11:36:54 PM
^, hopefully nd beats them
11/11/2006 11:37:50 PM
id rather usc be #3 over florida, that way when ND beats them usc and florida are fucked
11/11/2006 11:38:32 PM
florida = 3usc = 4notre dame = 5rutgers = top 8 hopefullyi'm guessing
11/11/2006 11:38:38 PM
arkansas #6?
11/11/2006 11:39:08 PM
yea prob
11/11/2006 11:39:57 PM
pollsters have been making people leapfrog ND all season, so im worried about arkansas passingbut they really shouldnt
11/11/2006 11:40:38 PM
i would have challenged that spot if it was possible
11/11/2006 11:42:32 PM
bye bye texas, no chance to defend your title /wave
11/11/2006 11:42:38 PM
so long suckers
11/11/2006 11:42:52 PM
instant classic
11/11/2006 11:43:18 PM
11/11/2006 11:43:40 PM
why wasn't that spot challenged?[Edited on November 11, 2006 at 11:44 PM. Reason : or reviewed upstairs?]
11/11/2006 11:44:32 PM
Texas had no timeouts.
11/11/2006 11:44:47 PM
no timeouts?
11/11/2006 11:44:52 PM
no time outs + no official review
11/11/2006 11:44:54 PM
but why no official review?that's why there is official review
11/11/2006 11:45:18 PM
It did look like he was short though.
11/11/2006 11:45:52 PM
what was odd was the one official set the ball, then reset it back a few inches, then called the 1st down anyhow
11/11/2006 11:46:18 PM
