Because Rally is normaly wrong when he posts. And It's my job to correct someone when they're wrong. Nash won the award, hands down. Case closed. If he wants to be bitter about it, thent that's his problem. Evidently the peeps giving the awards agree with me, so I'm right and he's wrong.
11/1/2006 11:19:43 PM
Here's the facts. All the NBA experts think its a joke that Nash won. He's a great PG, but he's not even close to MVP.No one would ever take a guy who only plays one side of the court over a game changer like Lebron, Kobe, Dwade, etcFact.
11/1/2006 11:34:18 PM
He already won. Get over yourself. You lose again. Fact.[Edited on November 1, 2006 at 11:35 PM. Reason : .]

Stoudie is tearin some junk up out there!! He looks awesome to me.

PER ratings for '05-'061) Dirk2) Lebron3) Kobe4) Wade5) Garnett6) Brand 7) Iverson8) Yao9) Shaq10) Arenas11) Pierce12) Marion13) Billups14) NashThats pretty much the who's who of the NBA. Your boy just doesn't measure up, sorry. And this format actually overvalues Nash because it doesn't take into account what a liability he is on defense. No one actually believes he's the best player in the league but he's a little scrappy white guy and it makes for a good story for him to win. Point Guards are not League MVP's and if they were John Stockton and Jason Kidd in their primes were twice the player Nash is. Gary Payton was better as well. This is not even debatable. Its what you like to call "fact". Now go grab a towel and finish jerking off to Marcus Stone's pics on your hard drive.

this league will be dwight howard's playground this yearand straight from walton's mouth..."amare was on the verge of changing the game of basketball last year"
11/2/2006 12:31:43 AM
Luckily Livingston isn't playing for Duke right now, because that guy is nasty!

Nobody except the Lakers without their best player
11/2/2006 1:26:56 AM
Who you all got in tonight's games on TNT?Spurs v. Mavs and Nuggets v. Clippers
11/2/2006 10:03:25 AM
Mavs (only bc its at home) and Clippers
11/2/2006 10:08:36 AM
Funny how everybody jocks the Bulls' nuts after one game since they blew out the Heat and then the next night they get throat waxed themselves
11/2/2006 10:24:00 AM
I have the Spurs and Clippers winning tonight.
11/2/2006 10:25:24 AM
How about Boozer tearing it up last night??And Dwight Howard destroyed Ben Wallace. I think Howard is going to have a monster year, and the rest of the Magic looked pretty good. I have to say I'm a little surprised with how Nelson played at the end of last year and how he's started off this year. I thought he would be a mediocre-to-solid NBA point guard...but he's looking like he's going to be a pretty good player. Maybe not All-Star material, but definitely a solid PG for a good team.
11/2/2006 1:53:20 PM
wallace did just take shaq the night before...that probably didnt help. howard did make him look silly though
11/2/2006 2:02:27 PM
Boozer was easily a top 3 PF in his last fully healthy season. He'll have great numbers this year and having Kirilenko beside you doesn't hurt.
11/2/2006 2:09:29 PM
How about fucking Paul Pierce?29 pts. 19 reb. 4 ast.that is just nasty for a 6-6 guard.
11/2/2006 2:14:38 PM
Yeah, I was loving that for my fantasy teams, even though the C's lost last night.
11/2/2006 2:25:24 PM
11/2/2006 2:27:53 PM
Boozer is pretty overrated in fantasy. His scoring and rebounding are pretty solid and his FG% is very nice but he's average at the FT line and he does not block shots at all. When you throw in his injury risk he's likely to go too high in most drafts.
11/2/2006 3:34:30 PM
it all depends on your league, but he isn't a BAD ft shooter and isn't injury prone even though he's had a couple injuries...he's pretty durable imo...i wouldn't take hi top 3 rounds, but he's a solid pick.
11/2/2006 3:36:26 PM
well i was thinking of rotissirie leagues but i realize a lot of you guys play performance leagues so yeah i guess it really depends....
11/2/2006 3:38:29 PM
i have duke bias, so i like boozer , but you make a valid point for leagues that look at everything...if it's just points, rebounds, blocks, steals, etc...he's solid. [Edited on November 2, 2006 at 3:39 PM. Reason : .]

Dirk is the real f-in deal. His jumper is always falling. And the Dallas home opener isn't nearly sold out. weak.[Edited on November 2, 2006 at 8:24 PM. Reason : nasty]
11/2/2006 8:20:14 PM
No offense to you, but he's the real deal until he chokes in championship series. Fact.

Duncan 1 on 1 in the low post = 2 points. That bank shot is sweet
11/8/2006 10:18:42 PM
Though his style continues to be lame
11/8/2006 10:21:48 PM
How about them Kings last night beating the Pistons? They are a quiet 3-2 early with wins over Detroit and Chicago.
11/9/2006 8:38:25 AM
Cavs - BullsMavs - SunsTonight on TNT.Who ya got?I pick Bulls and Suns.
11/9/2006 4:40:06 PM
cavs and suns...i wonder how long the mavs can go winless? i'd say they pick up their first win their next game after tonight.how about some early season playoff predictions...i'll starteast: heat d. cavswest: spurs d. clippers(if they use brand more)finals: heat d. spurs...wade puts the team on his back and averages 38, 7, and 7
11/9/2006 4:58:32 PM
Spurs over Heat in 6Duncan, Ginobili, and Parker are destined to win another title together.
11/9/2006 5:01:18 PM
Cavs win over BullsMavs get their first win, Suns continue to suck, they blow another lead in the 4th.Spurs over, uhh, Pistons I guess. The east seems pretty open in the playoff race, but all the teams seem to suck.
11/9/2006 5:12:46 PM
Good win by Cavs over Bulls......so did the Heat just suck on night 1. or did the Bulls just hoop?
11/10/2006 2:25:34 AM
A little bit of both, reallyDwyane Wade hooped it up, but everyone else was still asleep at the wheel
11/10/2006 6:11:29 PM
Holy Michael Redd. I can't remember if he was my 2nd or 3rd round fantasy selection....but he's definitely paying off this year.
11/12/2006 2:00:15 PM
bulls vs. rockets on right now. what is up with the houston crowd? attendance looks worse than a bobcats game. you got yao and t-mac, surely its worth watching
11/16/2006 8:30:07 PM
I can't believe the Bulls came back and Nocioni didn't get fouled on the three. He created the contact.I thought the Warriors and the Kings played one of those classic Mavs vs. Kings games where points were abundant and defense was absent. Great game though with guys like Monta Ellis and Kevin Martin showing the nation that they're up-and-coming players. Baron Davis went into "Beast Mode" last night. 18 assists!!! Too bad it was against my team.
11/17/2006 12:33:20 PM
you thought that was a foul? battier stood still with his hands up and didnt even leave his feet. nocioni leaned in and draped his arms all over battier and then cried cause they didnt call somethin. if they had called a foul there, it woulda undermined the respect the nba is trying to get the players to show the refs.
11/17/2006 1:41:34 PM
Let me rephrase that. I can't believe the Bulls came back and almost won. Nocioni did NOT get fouled. He initiated the contact. There.
11/17/2006 2:49:25 PM
Nate Robinson blocks Yao. 5'9" against 7'5"....ridiculous.
11/21/2006 11:46:11 AM
Yeah, I saw that clip. Ridiculous.Anyway, I'll admit that I'm really surprised about the Utah Jazz's hot start. 10-1 to start is very good, but I'm wondering if they will hit a wall sometime. I think the last time they got off to a hot start, they missed the playoffs, so I would love to get thoughts on that.Plus, the Mavs are starting to realize they are the Mavs again. They've won six straight.
11/21/2006 12:09:43 PM
Bear in mind the Jazz have gotten off to that great start without Andrei Kirilenkolol at myself since I said "Bear in mind" and the Jazz mascot is the Utah Bear[Edited on November 21, 2006 at 12:11 PM. Reason : .]
11/21/2006 12:10:41 PM
I think what's even more impressive is that Jerry Sloan is doing this with a young squad, so I'll be definitely looking forward to watching their game vs. the Lakers pretty soon on national TV.
