well to me it sounds like Hannity's viewpoint is for the Democrats not to vote because they are uninformed and will loseon the other hand, i dont care much about either party, or voting for either party...Hannity is clearly partisan in specifically telling Democrats not to vote...I personally am not going to vote for either sidebut if you want to say we have the same opinion just based on the "vote doesn't matter anyway" blurb which I'm sure caught your eye, then feel free to

10/20/2006 11:56:02 AM
- no thats not what im saying- yes i have an idea how the democratic process workshope that makes your day
10/20/2006 11:56:35 AM
A few simple things that would help social security is to:1.) Require people to pay social security on all their earned income, not just the first $86,0002.) Base the size of payments on people's income/assets and what they actually paid into the system. I don't think it's unfair to ask milliionaires to do without their $200 check. This might be possible with an incentive based system (tax credits, etc), rather than simply taking away.3.) Create a job subsidy/tax credit program for people receiving social security that allows the private sector to foot some of the bill for supporting the elderly who are capable of working. This would encourage the private sector to create jobs suitable for the elderly, reduce the gov't's expenses, and increase the elderly's income.

no they donthowever statements you've made imply you dont know the difference in 2 and 7]
10/20/2006 11:59:48 AM
Sure they do, you said you won't vote for anyone. Doesn't seem like you understand how the democratic process works. You have gained nothing for yourself if you don't vote.
10/20/2006 12:00:39 PM
i understand the democratic processso you're wrongif i was going to vote for candidate A...or if I liked candidate A...and i didnt vote at all...and Candidate A still won...how would I gain anything different if I had voted?btw we dont live in a true democracy, its a representative republic...fyi]
10/20/2006 12:01:51 PM
10/20/2006 12:02:18 PM
Ugh, you think that anecdotal scenario is enough to prove you understand? Here's a crazy ideaCandidate A doesn't win.
10/20/2006 12:02:42 PM
10/20/2006 12:02:45 PM
10/20/2006 12:03:14 PM
haha...what makes me thing that?? thier actions and statements over the last 10 year....what makes you think they would not want to do all that?
10/20/2006 12:03:52 PM
10/20/2006 12:05:17 PM
trikk311: feel free to offer evidence of the party (not a few wackos) supporting any of that stuff.

10/20/2006 12:07:33 PM
10/20/2006 12:09:02 PM
If candidate A lost by 30,000 votes and 40,000 people had that attitude.
10/20/2006 12:09:17 PM
10/20/2006 12:09:38 PM
same concept. youre talking about losing in one state, and hes talking about losing overall. different scope, same concept.
10/20/2006 12:10:55 PM
Does anybody here doubt that if only educated and informed people could vote, that the democrats would dominate?
10/20/2006 12:11:03 PM
yes
10/20/2006 12:12:13 PM
^^i bet roughly half the country would disagree^if all youre trying to do is say i have the same opinion as hannity, then go right ahead...but i'm sure hannity will vote if that changes your mind[Edited on October 20, 2006 at 12:13 PM. Reason : .]
10/20/2006 12:12:26 PM
The half that's uneducated and poorly informed.
10/20/2006 12:13:10 PM
^you think its that cut and dry?there are no educated and informed republicans?there are no uneducated and uninformed democrats?...]
10/20/2006 12:13:43 PM
10/20/2006 12:14:48 PM
why dont you specifically tell me what I would gain...i know specifics arent your strong point but give it a shot
10/20/2006 12:15:31 PM
10/20/2006 12:15:35 PM
10/20/2006 12:16:17 PM
the scope is a moot point. the philosophy remains the same no matter who are you talking to.
10/20/2006 12:16:58 PM
im not talking to anyoneim saying what i dohes urging peoplebut ok whatever you say
10/20/2006 12:17:27 PM
again, thats a moot point. the philosophy remains the same.
10/20/2006 12:18:44 PM
so hannity votesand i dontbut we have the same philosophyk

10/20/2006 12:21:29 PM
10/20/2006 12:22:27 PM
^^^"favor the democrats" is a much more realistic possibility than "the democrats would dominate"^^ok im sure youre proud of supposedly accomplishing something meaningless...whereas his scope is all democrats...and my scope is...myself...gg?^please stop berrating me with cuss-word filled PMs just because you hate me passionately since you have no control over you emotions[Edited on October 20, 2006 at 12:24 PM. Reason : .]
funny, you've done the same to me:
10/20/2006 12:25:08 PM
thats "cuss-word filled"?how about compared to this most recent PM?
10/20/2006 12:26:31 PM
Well if you consider the last two presidential elections to show our country virtually 50/50, then the democrats would have considerably more power than the republicans have had over the last 6 years. I would define dominate as holding both houses and the presidency and being able to single handidly overide a fillibuster. I don't know that they would dominate by that standard, but it would be close.
10/20/2006 12:26:55 PM
10/20/2006 12:28:47 PM
i do understand democracy and politicswhy are you here if you dont understand that everybody doesnt agree with your insane ideals and points of view?you get irate and start cussing in all caps lock when you cant get your way...you're like an infant throwing a temper tantrum...its patheticps: thanks for stopping with the PMs, even though I still dont know whytf you started sending them to me unsolicited in the first place[Edited on October 20, 2006 at 12:31 PM. ^no actually i believe the reason i sent you that PM was because you sided with the aggravated assaulter in this thread like only a dumbass would do http://www.thewolfweb.com/message_topic.aspx?topic=417434&page=2#8962383^^no you dont understand it perfectly well...thats why you just bitch and moan and whine when someone disagrees with you and you dont get your waysay what you want about me not voting...one thing ive never done is complain about who is in power like all you guys]
10/20/2006 12:38:25 PM
It wasn't unsolicited in the strictest sense of the word, really. I put him and trikk on CC with communications to Duke demanding their suspension. I felt like they should know about it, only seemed fair to me.
10/20/2006 12:38:41 PM
^you know, you probably could've been more tactful than titling the PM's "Suspend these fuckheads"but your typical anger got the best of you again I suppose
