I'm out of meat and need to go to the grocery stores, so I had a 5 jumbo egg omlete with red and green peppers, onions, and salsa (the fresh salsa you buy in the produce section (so much better)), and mozz. cheese. I also had a couple of peices of toast. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

how much are the NY strips on sale for this weekend? I could go for a strip and a sweet potato for dinner one night.

also, does anyone want some sweet potatoes? I have a few pounds to give away that were leftover from thanksgiving.

the sales change on wednesdays. 5.99 a lb instead of 10.99 a lb.

[Edited on December 4, 2006 at 8:07 PM. Reason : I've got a bag of sweet potatoes from a relative's garden.]

[Edited on December 4, 2006 at 8:07 PM. Reason : the garden's more like a small farm]

my bag of sweet potatoes came from a family farm garden also. that's why I'm struggling to get rid of them. the $5.99 steaks sounds like a winner to me; I might go pick up a couple tomorrow before the sale ends.
