i've never gone shooting before, do you target shoot or shoot for game?and i like the idea of going for a walk but i feel like i never have time to with my busy schedule

i dont get stressed out to begin withbut in the rare case i get so extremely stressed that just sitting around vegging doesnt worki pound the ever living shit out of the heavy bag

well if you even had access to a bag to hit, which most people dontboxing is a hell of a thing to do to stay toned, one of the better things... the difference in the boxing world is that the heavy weights, work out and have the body to get big and strong while as most of the featherweights and other classes just basically box and dont focus so much on lifting to get stong and usually dont have the body to become biggerin short boxing is extremely good for staying toned and in good overall health but most dont have anywhere to go to do it[Edited on September 27, 2006 at 12:36 PM. ^^I always get those different brands of "bath sets" from people for Christmas and birthdays and such and I just use whatever I have laying around. But Bath and Body Works and also Victoria Secret are always good.Bath salts just make the bath water smell pretty w/o all the bubbles. And I think they are supposed to be good for your skin too. I guess it's just a matter of preference.

think about what's stressing you out...think about really sad shit...just CRY.if i'm really stressed sometimes i clean or work on organizing something. dunno why but it works.i've gone on walks to clear my head. i've gone on drives to clear my head (somewhere without a lot a traffic...a nice country road for instance). dance clears my head if i have class that night (back in HS i had a key to the studio for awhile so i'd go there and just put on some music and improv, think of flashdance, hahaha). sex is also a good de-stressor if you have that option.
