21 is too young to get married!

My bro in law was 20 when he got married, my sis was 21.. they're doing just fine.. they've been together over 6 years

hmm...at first look, i preferred #2 over #1. If #1 had less lacey details and some satin/silky areas, I'd prefer it. (I also think the model/hair does look too beauty-pagenty). I don't know...I don't know if any of them are particularly great.I guess I'd say #1 with a lightly contrasting sash (cream, silvery, etc).
9/24/2006 5:25:43 PM
#1 with a light sea green sash would be purty. or whatever your favorite color is. or whatever color your bridesmaids are wearing.

I was just married in June. If you didn't have one of those moments where imaginary angels played music in your head when you tried it on like I did and you're determined to go with one of those dresses, I advise that you go with the one that is the most comfortable and feels the best. It's going to be an extremely long day and you're going to be in that dress for hours, you do not want your happy day ruined because you are uncomfortable (remember this when picking your shoes as well). Some wedding dresses, while beautiful, are difficult to move around in, impossible to sit down in, and have rough lace and beads under the arms that can really chafe after six hours.

ignore the mess, no that's not my room.[Edited on September 24, 2006 at 5:44 PM. Reason : .]

I like #1 the best, I think it looks the most classic
9/24/2006 6:13:36 PM
2
9/24/2006 7:23:26 PM
#1 or #2....Three is kinda ugly
9/24/2006 7:25:47 PM
I dont think 3 would be that ugly if that girl was standing in a reasonable position[Edited on September 24, 2006 at 7:31 PM. Reason : think]

I like #1 with a champagne or pale rose ribbon/sash. The suggestion about comfort was spot on. If you can't move (or breathe) in the dress, pick another. Online pictures are one thing, but you really need to try them on. Also, take a friend who will be honest.

i like 2, because of
9/24/2006 7:36:04 PM
Number one , keep the red and make it the same color as the bride maids! or whatever I love that red sash even if it isn't traditional wedding wear.

thanks for the suggestions everyone!! keep them coming!! #3 is way cuter in person, very sexy with a cute little train. the model is standing funny. but like I said, i'm not considering that one anymmore. just 1 and 2. 1 and 2 are both equally comfortable and easy to move in^great website, thanks[Edited on September 24, 2006 at 8:01 PM. dress 2more simple and elegant, imo
9/24/2006 8:13:27 PM
What is simple and elegant about #2?It's got weird detail on the front, two different colors, a knot at the waist, and that see-through lace on the top...
9/24/2006 8:24:04 PM
this is tww at its bestyou can see this shit start, and be around to see its firey end
9/24/2006 8:26:52 PM
^ you should probably just stop wasting your time and stay out of the thread...i'm not listening to anything you keep saying over and over again
9/24/2006 8:29:57 PM
i dont like the all lace look of #1
9/24/2006 8:34:20 PM
Every wedding I've been to that the woman had a strapless dress she was regretting it by the end of the reception.
9/24/2006 9:33:41 PM
9/24/2006 9:35:38 PM
i didn't know that lace was back in...but if i had to choose between those it would be #2
9/24/2006 9:41:47 PM
get married naked. problem solved.
9/24/2006 9:45:11 PM
^^^^why? ^^^ the 2nd one actually has a champange color and ivory, the first one is white
9/24/2006 10:16:31 PM
There's not a cock large enough to fill that maw.
9/24/2006 10:22:05 PM
funny! bravo
9/24/2006 10:48:36 PM
^^^most of the time it wants to slide down, you gotta have enough stuff pinching you to keep it from sliding down, you gotta watch when dancing that you don't bounce out. I've heard and seen it all from brides. strapless dresses look great though.
9/24/2006 11:11:11 PM
i'm very comfortable wearing strapless and i'll get it altered if it's too loose in the bust cause popping out would be the most embarassing thingever^aren't you a photographer? do you do weddings?
9/24/2006 11:19:09 PM
why are you getting married so young?are you one of those no sex before marriage psychos?
9/24/2006 11:20:17 PM
i'm getting married so young because i love my fiance and i'm finished w/ school (finally) and we've been together for 4 years and live together and share everything including money/expenses already and we own a business together and we're HAPPY! we're pretty much living the married life already
9/24/2006 11:23:00 PM
#2 then #3
9/24/2006 11:27:36 PM
i like #2. wearing all white would just be a lie, so i like the champagne color.
9/24/2006 11:29:21 PM
^
9/24/2006 11:31:19 PM
Hahaha. F-- that.. If I'm putting that kind of $$$ into a dress, I'll buy whatever f'in color I want...
9/24/2006 11:32:14 PM
They had problems with the thing wanted to slide off, or their bust was too big, or in one wedding, a kid decided to tug down on the top of her dress while she was holding him, revealing her boob to all the world.Yeah, I personally would not go with a strapless dress.
9/24/2006 11:59:33 PM
Yeah, people swore to me that a strapless dress is altered and made to fit well with bridal gowns..I would never trust it myself though.. We had to wear strapless bridesmaid dresses in my sister's wedding, and they mixed up the altering somehow w/ mine & my sisters dresses.. (how the hell THAT happened I've no clue).. and she wears a size larger than me. And then they didn't have time to fix it, so I had to go in w/ a dress too big.. strapless. We pinned it w/ a safety pin, but it snapped open during the ceremony and stabbed me in my side.. And so there I was at the front of the church strugglin to keep my dress on.. Doing the maid of honor part, so holding my sister's bouquet and the groom's ring, and my flowers... By the time the service was over, and I had to walk back down the aisle arm in arm w/ my ginormously tall groomsman, I basically said f-- this and just grabbed the top of my dress and held it up (as all the folks in the back pews were laughing their asses off) as I walked out of the church...
9/25/2006 12:52:26 AM
congrats, chelsea! my vote is #2.
9/25/2006 12:54:41 AM
CONGRATS !!!50% of all marriages end in divorce. but keep improving on your oral and he'll probably stick around no matter what.
9/25/2006 12:56:14 AM
^^^ Another example of why strapless is a bad idea. So much can do wrong with strapless. If you really want to wear nothing up there, go with some spagetti strap sort of deal.
9/25/2006 2:34:05 AM
yep, wedding photographer. if it's taking place on the outer banks (i'm assuming it is...) the outer banks wedding association has their bridal fair in early january. tons of vendors at FFHS on the 7th so you can talk to people, see samples of work, eat tons of cake samples (we'll be right across from Just Desserts who has the best cakes out here), and a bunch of other good stuff. btw, who's your guy?
9/25/2006 7:16:25 AM
i'll be there do you have your own business or work for someone? i'd like to get some more informationwe are getting married at elizabethan gardens the guy is Wade Tillett
