I guess charlotte having the economic backing of banks is in no way the driving economic factor in Charlotte's skyline.

Charlotte has something like 7 skyscrapers going up in the next 3 years. Almost all over 30 stories IIRC.

yeah and 3 of the sky scrapers are condos

charlotte has a beautiful downtown. its not tall but its clean and pretty.

I think the map may include 1 renovation (number 5). There is also a renovation across the street. The johnston building is going residential also. Trust will also be a renovation of a 7 story historic modern tower on tryon (can't find the article).
