Since nobody has said it yet, high school parties are just as debaucherous as college parties, if not moreso.Apparently, we're okay with people of the same age having drunken sex together, but it's totally outrageous when there is an age difference. Drunken sex is what it is, and it's not always pretty.

here here!

It's his house so he can do whatever he wants.
8/27/2006 11:39:03 PM
Yep.

I think you did the right thing. I mean, technically you were "contributing to the delinquency of a minor" by having high school chicks drinking at your house. If that girl had screamed rape the next day you would be wrapped up in their problems. When I came to college one of my roommates used to let his little bro and their friends come up to Raleigh every once in a while and get crunk. No fucking way would I have let one of my friends fuck a 16 or 17 year old in my house regardless of the law.
8/28/2006 12:43:07 AM
For page two:One of my closest friends is two years younger than me. When she was a junior/senior in high school, and I was a freshman/sophomore in college, she always came out with me. Nobody ever considered her age, and she always seemed to fit in. I think there may have been a few times when she felt uncomfortable, but I was always drunk so I never noticed. Maybe there were some people, talking shit, like, "OMG, I can't believe she brought that high school girl." But whatever, she was fine. Partied with me all the time, had a few boyfriends, and managed to keep her pants on until she went to college. She's the coolest girl out there...

im pretty sure NC law is that 16 is consent age IF other party is w/in 4 yrs, else 18i dont feel like finding the GS, someone more motvated help pls.
8/28/2006 12:44:50 PM
Oh Jealousy...I would only kick them out because it was my couch. The rest is immaterial and you were just being protective and possibly jealous.Who cares is she's drinking and having sex at 17? You obviously encourage the former and it sounds like she's down with the latter. So there's nothing inherently wrong with what went on except that it was your couch.
8/28/2006 1:19:55 PM
^you are a fucking idiot. So what happens if he did let things go its course, they did have sex, and then she woke up the next day regretting it. Tells her parents or whoever. Not only would the fact that she was drunk make it rape, the fact that she was drunk would throw her "age of consent out the door". And without her consent, given her age, her parents could have then pressed charges b/c she was under 18. So this all goes down, guess who the next person to face charges would be....Brass MonkeyAnd since he is a college student in Raleigh, NC, the RPD would have thrown every charge possible at him too. From nuisance party, underage drinking, contributing to a minor, unlawful sale of alcohol, and so on.Yeah jealousy haha good one. You've got to realize that all a girl has to do is tell the cops that she said no or that she felt forced into it and a guy is truly fucked whether she was all over someone's dick or not. His word against hers and They could ruin your life pretty quickly.[Edited on August 28, 2006 at 2:16 PM. Reason : ....]

^^IF you believe drunken hookups and/or underage drinking are bad, then you've got an argument. But her age is immaterial since she's of legal consent age in NC.It would have been rape no more than if two adults get drunk and screw. If they were at the "offending" dude's house there would be nothing wrong with this.

^be goddamned if I do.If she ain't AT LEAST 25, I ain't touchin' it. And that has to be a mature 25. I'd actually prefer 28-33 myself. I'm now 35 (but I admit, I don't act it).
8/28/2006 3:16:13 PM
whats it matter, it was your place, you have the right to kick them out regardless
8/28/2006 5:02:56 PM
1) Kick the guy out.2) Do the high schooler.

I think you did the right thing. I mean, I can say I went to a few NCSU parties when I was 18. Of course, I was of legal age and technically I had graduated high school, but I still wasn't in college yet. I did hook up with a couple of guys after parties. However, we always went back to his place. I think it's fucked up to hook up with someone at someone else's house. I mean, damn, do you have to spread your horniness all over someone else's house?Oh and what was their reaction when you kicked them out btw? I hope they didn't get pissed? I bet they were shocked when you went in and busted em up...wtg .

For me, it's whatever is legal. Obviously, this is all hypothetical for me since i'm married now. There's no line that can legitimately apply to everyone. For some people it can be very young, for others it can be very old. Some 14 year olds are more capable of handling the repercussions of being sexually active than some 21 year olds. You can't know how sexually mature someone is till after you've had sex and have to deal with them afterwards. Hypothetically, i would sleep with a 16 year old if the opportunity presented itself, but I would not date someone that young. I'm not the type to equate sex with love and feelings and all that jazz.

So who did she go home with?
8/29/2006 12:40:21 AM
8/29/2006 12:43:11 AM
if she would have screamed rape later or gotten preggers he'd have been in a LOT of trouble.he did the right thing, but maybe she deserved a good drunk fuck and wake up crying

AHA, 1 and KeB don't have enough close friends to know what it means to be close.KeB, if you're confused about what I'm referring to, check the seventh or eighth post on this page where you agreed with 1 that I've been so drunk that I've completely missed the past six years of the lives of my friends...
8/29/2006 2:42:14 AM
damn, remind me not to go to Brass Monkey's parties
8/29/2006 7:58:30 AM
16 is the age of legal consent in NC, so you were worried over nothing.Personally, I think it was a pretty douchebag move. UNLESS, you were trying to tap that for yourself and needed him gone. But yeah, if you allow underage drinkers at your party then I don't understand why you have a problem with it... Drunk sex is a great thing, and most of it isn't rape. It's only when girls realize the guy wasn't "HOT AS FUCK" the next day then press charges that it is rape. Again, that was a douchebag move.
8/29/2006 8:34:23 AM
I think its only cockblocking if one of your boys was getting it on and you stormed in as Captian Chastity. If its some random dude on your couch then kick his ass out. Fuck that noise, I woulda done the same even if the chick had been older.
8/29/2006 10:09:44 AM
Regardless of the "cock block" aspect of the story, I'd be damned if I'd let someone make me feel uncomfortable while in my own home. You have the right to tell people to stop doing shit or leave no matter what it is... whether its walking with their muddy shoes on your carpet or raping an underage intoxicated girl on your couch.
8/29/2006 10:16:25 AM
8/29/2006 10:28:51 AM
I would have been more worried about the diseases they leave behind.
8/29/2006 4:42:50 PM
shit I don't like to mess with girls that are under 21
8/29/2006 6:26:06 PM
If you're worried about getting involved in a rape case, you might also want to protect your ass from facilitating underage drinking as well. Aside from that, I would have kicked them out of my house. They can make babies on their own time.
