When it comes to children in school, everyone blames the teachers

When it comes to dogs everyone blames the owners

I think people should re-examine how they view childrens behavior in schools, and start blaming the fucking parents, just like everyone here blames the owners of the dogs

like everyone else said, socialization is the key. I go to the dog park at least every other day and there are always a 4-5 pitts and rotts, etc there and they are all very nice friendly dogs.
