Well good thing I signed, made the down payment, and make a monthly payment. I do not pay insurance, but I pay taxes on it. I've been building credit with an American Express card since I was 16 and my dad got me one off of his account. Besides, a used BMW really doesn't cost that much money...
My parents did not buy my Eclipse either, I paid for that as well

You can get a used BMW or Rover (Discovery or a shitty LR3) that's 4-5 years old for around $18k. It really was not much money at all, and my payment is not very high either, since I made a large down payment (I traded in the Eclipse there, I didn't sell it). I wanted to get rid of the Eclipse because I put a lot of miles on my car and they have shit resale value. Plus, a BMW is like a German Honda. They run forever. So I'm gonna go to the swim and racquet club now...have a lovely evening!

It has not been in the shop on my dime since I bought it. Actually since I got it back after I bought it it has not been in the shop at all.

It definitely has it quirks but I drive the shit out of it and have not had any major issues that you would not expect from an SUV that is almost ten years old. It does not look 10 years old either since there were only two body styles.

Well, Bridge, since everything else in the economy seems to be inflating, including the meaning of a bachelor's degree, the price of gas, and the U.S. dollar, I thought it would be only fair that I fight back against a little verbal inflation in my word economy and leave it as "rich" rather than "wealthy."
