3.2 supercharged sucks unless it is twin screw. TURBO>SC

this is a pretty fun thread.

Well, either supercharger will get over 100 more hp. I'm not as power hungry as I used to be. 300@ the wheels would suffice on a 3k lbs car at this point. On the NSX, I haven't found too many of them around. Any sites I should be checking at other than the usual autotrader.com/cars.com? Maybe I need some patience...Ahmet

^ way too big for his purposes though I would thinkthey're very uncommon cars though

one will add torque, the other will not. 300whp from cf sc is doubtful at low boost. Those things are terrible. Whats the point of 300whp at that is usable only at redline? In the end you end up a car not much faster than stock.
7/17/2006 3:11:54 PM
yeah... a turbo setup for 300whp could get you nearly 400ft-lbs if it was the smallest turbo that could net 300whp with a large intercooler assuming 3.2liter etc.a centrifugal charger will never keep up like that.[Edited on July 17, 2006 at 3:33 PM. Reason : .]

I will admit the centrifucal blowers on the m3's are a fucking joke.
