You've defeated your own argument thrice.
Take a stats class(again?). Learn about upper quartile, lowerquartile, interquartile range, and outliers. Then come back.

"what part of my diet is crash?"

im just checking the scale once in a while. I dont even own a working scale, i had to go all the way home and visit the folks to check this past week.

Im not obsessed with the weight number. i care about being healthy. I changed my diet completely and I added exercise during the week outside of lifting.

I think you mean its an assumtion. you're assuming i wont make it because what you read tells you that people done make it.

judging by your posts, its 3 more. you dont know what

"outliers"

are.

the stats say, he wont make it much further...(its a generalization, thats usually true)

if you didnt know this, its becuase you dont know the studies, doesnt matter how much stats you claim to know. though id say 4 simple concepts isnt something to brag about, im not sure why you would boast that. if you havent seen what 100s of people say when they first start diets, you dont know what the outliers and atypical cases ARE, becuase you dont know ANY of the cases reported. you dont know what the trends are, so you dont know what the outliers are.
