I'd be interested in seeing if each time jump occurs somewhere ahead of the last, mod 3, or not.

I don't think people are enjoying having to sort this stuff out for themselves. Or, in other words, if the movie is supposed to "stand alone," it shouldn't require so much analysis. But I think that's a little lazy.

Like I said earlier in the thread, it really took me a day to make up my mind about this movie. I walked out saying, "WTF... I like movies that take a little bit of thinking to understand. Movies don't always have to dumb shit down for the general audience

Did anybody else see the resembalance to the uhm 'birth canal' in the end sequence of the film as the future character was approaching the dead star through the nebula?^^^ He said the time jumps were mathematical in nature- though he didn't specify how exactly, he did say that it was a palindrome.[Edited on November 27, 2006 at 10:22 PM. I didn't notice that at all the first time, but I totally see where you're coming from. I love movies where going over it multiple times brings out something different.
