Well, it's damn close, but it's tuned a lot differently than the ZX-6RR from what I've heard. Everyone says the ZX-6RR is the true race replica, seeing as it's 599cc and is tuned for high end power. The ZX-6R is higher displacement (636cc) and the engine is tuned differently. For instance, 52lb/ft of torque at 11.5k instead of 50lb/ft at 12k. Slight, but it's noticeable in a 1/4 mi where the engine is such a big factor. Same chassis, suspension, brakes, etc, so I guess not a whole lot of difference really.

Oh, and by the way, don't take the fact that I called it a "street bike" instead of a race replica as an insult, I love my friend's bike...it's a dark silver color with these beautiful dark red rims. And his seat beats the hell outta my CBR's, that's for sure! I'm hoping he'll swap bikes for a ride one of these days, heheh.
