Sure he can, and expect to be fired and have a lawsuit on his hands if he is caught. This is a non-issue to me though. I don't care what I'm expected to do, if it isn't a requirement, I'm not going to do it unless it has some adverse affect on me. I rarely go to eat in restaurants anyway. I hate getting out of my vehicle to get food. Fast food FTW!!
