4/25/2006 7:36:33 PM
adrian branch...isnt that his name?good game goin on right now. 44 seconds left, 106-105, kings over spurs
4/26/2006 12:23:32 AM
so i guess nobody else is watchin this. 1st OT., spurs by 4, 2:38 to go. i hate manu ginobli
4/26/2006 12:42:37 AM
ahahahai knew spurs would wreck shit in OTgod damn i hate them
4/26/2006 12:55:38 AM
i use to be a big spurs fan til i realized how much of a douchebag ginobli is.
4/26/2006 1:13:28 AM
I cant believe they won that game. The whole time I was like these motherfuckers are still gonna win this game. And just when I thought I was wrong, they ran a pretty sick play to get Brent Barry a wide open look to send it to OT.Popovich is VERY underrated as a head coach, he always sets up good plays coming out of timeouts.
4/26/2006 1:16:12 AM
kings players kept making retarded plays. what was with bonzi's crossover straight into barry? and kevin martin and bibby turnin into bad globetrotters from time to time.
4/26/2006 1:20:23 AM
yeah i mean the Kings arent a very good team.I watched them play quite a few times this season and was never impressed... they just dont have it.
4/26/2006 1:21:27 AM
ouch, camby suspended indefinitely. if it wasnt bleak for the nuggets already, it is now.
4/26/2006 1:22:40 AM
What'd Camby do?Also, in non-playoff news, Kobe is going to wear #24 next year. I guess he needed to get the taste of 19 y/o white girl's vagina off #8
4/26/2006 2:00:27 AM
i believe it was somethin to do with arguing with karl about something and coming out late at halftime of the game last night.
4/26/2006 2:57:13 AM
Well, the nugs are down to one option, they are gonna have to put in the jules. Anyway, the lakers (ie. Kobe) is gonna blow up on the suns tomorrow. At least 50 points.Lakers by 10.
4/26/2006 3:21:54 AM
Its K-Mart not Camby. And with his knee in shambles he wasnt that valuable.
4/26/2006 3:31:36 AM
damn i heard jules recovery was only gonna be like 3 weeks but i mean shit is he ready to play?mf got shot 3 times in his legs
4/26/2006 3:32:47 AM
even if jules was healthy he wouldnt play in the playoffsniggas stuck behind eduardo najera, how pathetic is that? Also, laker/suns game 2 tonight, this is the game kobe breaks outAt Least 40
4/26/2006 5:24:40 PM
hell yea i'm fucking hyped about that gamehope the mavs beat the grizz first tho
4/26/2006 6:25:27 PM
lakers are looking goodphoenix is steadily hanging around though
4/27/2006 12:30:34 AM
The Zen masters plan seems to be workingUp 7 heading into the 4th, i hope LA can hold onI'd love to see an all LA western semis
4/27/2006 12:36:23 AM
Suns don't ever go away..
4/27/2006 1:00:19 AM
4/27/2006 2:40:43 PM
it sucks that TWC doesn't at least offer NBA TV for freecould watch the pacers/nets game the NFL Network would be even betterbut that's another thread
4/27/2006 4:40:38 PM
it'd also be great if we could get some bobcats games on local stations besides news 14 (which some of us don't have)
4/27/2006 4:42:32 PM
George Karl is a genius.Nuggets takin it to the Clippers tonight (of course they'll probably lose now). Both of these teams suck though.
4/28/2006 12:36:45 AM
my god this game is excruciating to watchit's a foul or ugly shot every playgo clips
4/28/2006 1:18:01 AM
you are truly witnessing some rare playoff form if you are watching this abortion right now
4/28/2006 1:30:02 AM
How about Indiana going up 2-1 on the Nets?A lil bit of a surprise. Pacers might pull the upset and win the series. But to be fair, I liked the Pacers since O'Neal is back to full health.
4/28/2006 2:58:59 AM
Tonights action:Kobe will continue to score pedestrian numbers, but the lakers will go up 2-1 Lebron will have a big night in his first road playoff game, but washington will winAnd the spurs will march on toward the sweep, taking a 3-0 lead on Sacto
4/28/2006 7:30:40 PM
how was that not a travel on lebron
4/28/2006 10:56:06 PM
it was definitely a travel... i flipped out when i saw it.it pissed me off because now the "they never call travelling" people just got a pretty big leg to stand on...completely absurd he took a jumpstop then 2 steps...
4/28/2006 11:59:47 PM
good, i'm glad i didnt momentarily forget the rules of basketball there.
4/29/2006 12:08:12 AM
kobe and nash about to throw down.
4/29/2006 12:12:30 AM
wow if you arent watching this lakers/suns game you are missing out...tempers flaring this game is gonna be great down the stretch
4/29/2006 12:15:01 AM
tough foul on kobe. He jumped 10 feet higher than that guy and was going to block that shit to neptune, regardless
4/29/2006 12:27:09 AM
yeah but he fouled the shit out of him with the body, it was a good call. still a pretty sweet play on kobes partthis game is great
4/29/2006 12:28:38 AM
kings and spurs: what an endingkings manage not to blow it, though they tried their best.
4/29/2006 12:46:51 AM
that was fucking awesome! kings babythe NBA is sick
4/29/2006 12:46:57 AM

4/29/2006 1:09:21 AM
Lakers steppin it up.
4/29/2006 1:15:01 AM
After enduring the worst NCAA tournament ever, I think people should admit that the NBA is 10x more exciting than college basketball now.Put this in perspective:Game 3 of the #1 v #8 seed (Spurs-Kings) and Game 3 of the #2 v #7 (Suns-Lakers) series were BOTH more exciting than all but ONE game in the entire NCAA tournament. The only game from that god forsaken tournament that was more exciting than either of these games tonight was Uconn-George Mason.[Edited on April 29, 2006 at 1:16 AM. 4/29/2006 1:16:11 AM
4/29/2006 1:19:20 AM
pretty much all of it... saw a lot of bad basketball....I enjoyed Boston College's first round game too... those are the only two good games that come to mind though right now...
4/29/2006 1:25:43 AM
Lakers to the championship!
4/29/2006 1:43:46 AM
No it is true, the regular season of the NCAA is better than the tournament in terms of team play and execution. The tournament becomes a very isolation oriented, slow game. The lack of ball movement and players being too tentitive to shoot really hurts the tournament if you are watching for quality basketball.
4/29/2006 1:48:20 AM
^ thats a great way to sum it up...In NCAA the coaches are way too controlling... they actually hold their teams back because the teams are so tentative... (think Herb Sendek ball) they wait until theres 2 seconds left on the shot clock and just take an awful shot. The end of games are almost anti-climatic.In the NBA the coaches believe in their players and they teach them to attack. (think D'Antoni ball) It's just more exciting...[Edited on April 29, 2006 at 2:13 AM. Reason : a]
