i would not only clone myself in the future to have a ready supply of body parts but i am also a big advocate of stealing organs from poor people in the present

They're the same thing, that's why everybody's talking about them. Twins are genetic copies. So are clones.

It just happens that twins occur naturally.

nah twins are people

clones are just like made in a lab

they are not real people honestly

[Edited on February 24, 2006 at 9:30 PM. Reason : why wouldnt you kill something that isnt real anyway]

yes i have froshkiller but the only difference is that like a mom has the kid

if someone clones me and was like "can we kill your clone since we dont need nothing but the arm", i would not even hesitate

i mean i allowed them to make it anyway

[Edited on February 24, 2006 at 9:33 PM. Reason : HOW DOES SOMETHING MADE IN A LAB HAVE RIGHTS, IT DIDNT EVEN EXIST BEFORE I SAID SO]

There are no working artificial wombs, genius. Any human clone created presently would have to be carried to term in utero.

Any genetic copy of an individual created today would be carried to term inside an actual womb and birthed accordingly. That is no different from in vitro fertilization except for the source of the zygote. How is that not a real human being?

A clone would not technically be a twin, but a twin is technically a clone.

I think there's alot more important global issues to put as much thought in as they have in cloning.

^^so you say that its wrong to kill a clone

i mean even if it was only created to like give me a liver or something?

[Edited on February 24, 2006 at 10:53 PM. Reason : i mean this isnt like abortion even though i'm pro-choice anyway]

this is a democracy, the no single person should be able to decide another person's fate.

you'll never get away from that

human life is valued by humans

if a clone of a human is itself human...then would it have a soul?

if it's not human...what is it?

either way, why should it be property?

what gives you the right to create a human just to use it

would you have a kid just to use its bone marrow or something like that?

[Edited on February 24, 2006 at 10:59 PM. Reason : there's a bunch of movies on this topic]
