Red Dragon imho is the best sit-down inside the beltline. For quite awhile I was going 1-2 a week and it is easily the most consistent chinese restaraunt in the area. Everything I've had has always been extremely fresh - and they don't serve dishes when they can't get fresh quality ingredients.

Out of easily 50 times I can say I've only been dissapointed maybe once - and that was way above most of the places already listed in this thread

^^^agreed, Peking Garden is awesome. But have you tried China One near durham? I think there dimsum is the best.

I used to be hardcore golden dragon...

then my gf dragged me to Beansprout...

beansprout fucking kicks ass... soup entre' and eggroll for <$5

Kings buffee(sp?) @millbrook and atlantic? has the best chinese buffet by FAR in raleigh... they have GOOD sushi on top of a kick ass buffet for $7....

I don't like sushi... so my vote goes to beansprout... hands down

China Queen in Mission Valley is good. That's where I usually go. Big fan of the pork fried rice.

If anyone here lives in Charlotte, try Ho Ho's. It's on East Blvd. behind East Blvd. Bar & Grill, shit is sooooooooo good. Would eat there every week when I worked at Carolinas Medical Center.
