THANKS FOR YOUR ADVICE EVERYONE.....MY CUTTING PERIOD OF MY WORKOUT STARTS IN ABOUT A MONTH......I WILL KEEP ALL THIS IN MIND WHEN I START MY NEW DIET.......ITS JUST BEEN DIFFICULT FOR ME BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT ABOUT 4 YEARS NOW AND THIS NEW PROGRAM I STARTED A FEW MONTHS AGO HAS ME CUTTING DOWN THE CARDIO AND ABS SO I COULD BUILD MUSCLE BUT I JUST FEEL OVERWEIGHT...I WAS JUST TRYING TO DO THINGS IN THE MEANTIME TO MAKE MY CUTTING PERIOD NOT SO DIFFICULT
