Actually you can shoot someone over property in this state if they break into your house after dark.

One of the best laws enforced in this state is first degree burglary.

shooting someone for coming in your house is not shooting them over property.
its a fear for your life thing, you're supposed to have a reasonable fear for your safety and yada yada yada. but you can def get away with it if its a house

I'm pretty confident I could have stolen my vehicle back last time it was towed...fortunately I was driving a 4runner then as they probably would have ripped the f'ing bumper off the corvette. The lot was wide open and the dog there that looked mean as hell was actually as nice as could be...I'm pretty pissed I didn't try now
