If the Steelers' hadn't injured Palmer they would have been out in the first round and it took a mixture of shitty calls and extremely shitty luck for the Broncos to beat the Pats. Don't even act like the Steelers deserved to win that Super Bowl. They were the beneficiaries of the worst officiating ever to take place in a Super Bowl. Seattle outplayed them and dominated them in yards, QB rating, time of possession and turnovers. Even the commentators, who aren't supposed to bash officials (lest they be fired), were openly criticizing the refs for consistently horrible calls against Seattle.
