what the fuck are you talking about? How the fuck are you gonna call me a fag when you have one of the most homo-erotic photo galleries in the history of this website.I stated facts about the contract debate. Which wasnt even the point of this thread. The point is.... Rivers & Bench in '06 is looking like a legit candidate.

alright you little tigershark.Im going to go get some links and then I fully expect your candy ass to say something gay like "haha look what i made you waste your time doing"but guess what. that doesnt fucking phase me because im perfectly content spending 2 minutes on this if it will make you shut the fuck up.
1/1/2006 8:07:05 PM
get you some dawg

I am neutral in this argument, but this comment was fucking weak and retarded:

hey don't bring me into this thread [Edited on January 1, 2006 at 8:24 PM. Reason : how does my statement agree with the others?]
1/1/2006 8:22:53 PM
uh theres no mention of what exactly the contract stipulated in that post
1/1/2006 8:25:00 PM
I'm simply proving that at the time, there was no disagreement about what was taking place in Rivers holdout.Only now, two years after the fact, there is disagreement as to what actually happened. You cant just conveniently change what happened because its two years later.
1/1/2006 8:29:16 PM
hahaha. good work, rally. i asked you to give me some evidence that the chargers didn't offer phil a bullshit initial contract. you gave me people saying "he should be paid #4 money." there was no disagreement on that.
1/1/2006 8:33:31 PM
click on the fucking links, scrappy.Theres pages and pages of articles.Heres my challenge to you.Find a link showing how many tacos I ate for dinner tonight. What happens if you can't find one?Does it mean I really didn't eat three?Did I only have two tacos since you couldnt find a link? Or perhaps I never even had those tacos... I mean there's not even a link saying I did....
1/1/2006 8:36:21 PM
rallydurham may know a lot about sports but hes using some really weak arguments
1/1/2006 8:38:24 PM
i saw those pages, and NONE of them provide what I asked for. in fact, the first fucking link is an insider article from JULY 2005, so...priv went to a team KNOWN for fucking over its rookies. i don't blame him for watching out for #1.but, hey, lets play your game. I said "show me that the chargers didn't offer him stupid and impossible incentives."you responded with people saying "phil should be paid like a #4" and "the holdout cost p-riv the starting job." yeah, thats really responding to what I asked for, and thats really telling me the "truth." i'm glad you got some fucking tacos but that doesn't change the fact that the chargers offered phil nothing initially, so phil said "fuck you."]

rally takes every possible chance he gets to rag on Rally, NC and its simple pleasures

thank you for once again providing nothing, rally.

Your quotes say nothing about the stipulations of the "base" contract they wouldnt budge on. Im pretty sure thats what aaronburro is getting at.
1/1/2006 9:04:20 PM
well, it'd be nice if the article actually said something about those fucking incentives. but it doesn't. it says "base," in quotes. AKA, not really base.
1/1/2006 9:04:42 PM
bingo
1/1/2006 9:05:04 PM
1/1/2006 9:09:00 PM
What in god's name do you morons think "base" means????This is ridiculous. If I told you a "base" price on a Honda Accord was $17,000 would you then ask me what incentives it came with?Log out now before its too late, seriously...
1/1/2006 9:11:34 PM
now is about the time where rallydurham logs out and 'quits' for a month
1/1/2006 9:12:25 PM
you still havent addressed the charger's recent history of fucking with their first round picks. i also fail to see how you compare a draft pick's holdout (under no contract and thus MUST be sure, perhaps more than any other time, to secure his own security) to a player (TO, Walker) who is already under contract and demanding a different deal. i hate when guys already under contract hold out because they dont like it, but i feel its entirely different for someone NOT under contract to hold out for the best deal possible. thats just good business.your premise on this thread is true though...i dont think they can afford to let him go now either. anytime a QB gets his shoulder fucked with, its potentially bad news, especially for a guy like brees who doesnt have a cannon arm anyway.
1/1/2006 9:12:48 PM
^^ lol he's the type of person who will argue until he's blue in the face even if he knows he's wrong[Edited on January 1, 2006 at 9:14 PM. Reason : .]
1/1/2006 9:13:17 PM
WRONG???? Are you guys serious.I am right.I posted the fucking link and quote you assclown. And if you clowns could even remember 18 months into the past, this woudlnt be an issue in the first place.
1/1/2006 9:15:45 PM
It's really not worth the arguement. You've posted links that provide no information on what you're trying to prove. Find something that will actually prove the point you're trying to make like something that breaks down the details of the proposed contract. Everyone here disagrees with what you're saying so I'm done wasting my time. I do however agree that Philip's situation sucks with Brees getting hurt.
1/1/2006 9:21:21 PM
yeah, wrong. jmartin just proved you are full of shit. now shut the fuck up and go log out, you aids felching cum flake
1/1/2006 9:21:33 PM
No one has proved anything. The quote that jtmartin provided, while interesting, does not specify whether that $22.5 million is part of the $40.5 offer or an incentive on top of it.I've never seen a really clear description of the offer either way--articles have represented it both ways all along to try to make either Phil or the Chargers look greedy.

FIND A LINK, FIND A LINK, FIND A LINK.FIND A QUOTE, FIND A QUOTE, FIND A QUOTE.
1/1/2006 9:27:32 PM
wow, thank you for quoting THE SAME FUCKING THING you quoted earlier. you know, the thing that we said says NOTHING. I can offer you a 10mill guaranteed contract and give you 30.5mill in impossible incentives and call it "base" but that doesn't mean shit.
1/1/2006 9:29:48 PM
why is the word base in quotations?
1/1/2006 9:33:56 PM
winner: jtmartinloser: rallydurham
1/1/2006 9:35:04 PM
because it means base contract. As in not the one with the bullshit incentives.I win, move along.
1/1/2006 9:35:23 PM
1/1/2006 9:35:57 PM
lol. good work. distort the meaning of a word to make you the winner. i'll keep that in mind. actually, I'll make "winner" mean "loser," and call you the winner. see how that works?
1/1/2006 9:36:11 PM
this is better than chit chat
1/1/2006 9:39:02 PM
What do you think base means you idiot?Does it mean incentive laden?Look at the fucking quotes. This jtmartin kid isnt even old enough to have been shaving when the contract dispute went down.
1/1/2006 9:42:47 PM
actually, I'm confident, because you STILL haven't been able to find a link, you fucking asswipe. all you've been able to find is something with OBSCURFE FUCKING WORDING and then you divce your own definition to the wording. we say "clear up the definition, asswipe," to which you just requote it. even salisburyboy does better than that.
1/1/2006 9:49:03 PM
1/1/2006 9:50:25 PM
I just wish Rivers fought this hard to be the starting qb.
1/1/2006 9:54:51 PM
wow, you found a link shopwing his final contract. that really shuts us up about the INITIAL FUCKING CONTRACT.
1/1/2006 9:59:40 PM
haha
1/1/2006 10:01:56 PM
what are you talking about?the first one is the initial contractthe second one is the final contract.Jesus, good luck in life....
