I dont think they are gonna let me in to the one with the $500,000 minimum investment.

Not every fund requires that type of investment, and I sent that as a general link of performers. There are lots of other funds on the site.

0% down, had the seller pay $3,000 in closing costs... ended up costing me around $1,500 after some of the pre-pays and leftover closing costs. We spent our money paying for wedding stuff which would normally be debt carried at a much higher rate than the mortgage so was definitely the best way for us to go. Glad we didn't wait to save up more too because the rates have steadily climbed since we closed.
