again you miss the real issue

the COPS were doing something ILLEGAL, they got PWND. end of story.

Again proving my point that your posts do not display a grain of critical thinking. The laws are based on opinions and values that constantly change.

Less than a century ago the laws made it illegal to provide equal rights to or educate minorities.

Cohabitation is presently illegal, and certainly you, mr. rightous ("breaking the laws is bad") has never done such a thing as that.

Getting a blowjob is also illegal. Based on the tone of your posts I beleive thats another law you have never broken.

Students drinking inside a house pose a threat to no one. The ALE was in the wrong on this one plain and simple.

thats a pretty big fucking house if it can hold 200. your story is becoming more and more exaggerated with each post, next you'll be saying they were quiet and didn't have any music playing

and comparing this situation to minorities' rights is completely absurd...if you think the laws suck, then either (a) don't get caught breaking them, (b) complain to lawmakers and political leaders or (c) bitch about them on an internet message board where YOUR OPINION DOESN'T MATTER

i think it's obvious which one you have resorted to

I'm sure that if the police busted my door down without a warant, they would find my registration is expired/ my next door neighbor is 20 and is drinking a beer/ my musics too loud or some bullshit thing to charge me with. I appreciate the job that cops do for us, but sometimes they need to butt out where they don't belong and concentrate their efforts on more pressing concerns.

You can pretend you're right all you want to but the court ruled otherwise.

It dosen't really matter what you do wrong, if cops violate you're constutional rights to get some evidence, whatever, it will be thrown out of court in a second. What they did dosen't fucking matter, if you kill someone and the cops fuck up and raid your house without a warrent and find the body, they can't use that in court at all. End of story.

yes it does, they wouldnt have been brought up if the cops didnt break the rules. this is all about ALE thinking they had a slam dunk on their hands. omg 200 tickets at once, i'll get promoted. and even the dumbest cops are well aware they have to read your miranda rights/ask you to waive them if they are holding you against your will. thats a big fucking deal.

You need to study history and you'll understand why it's better to let criminals off than let law enforcement get away with breaking the rules.

^yeah, true... but underage drinking will always happen in college, bottom line. Its cool to be able to get away with it..

What ALE should do in my opinion is to establish a program that will be lax on college parties if the party organizer agrees to certain rules that will limit the risk of drinking and driving... Which it seems is the main concern over the underage drinking...
