Upper back and triceps this morning. Also, ran 3.5 miles again.I'm really pushing my body right now since I feel as physically well as I have in years. Even my bum right elbow/shoulder is feeling 100% since I'm not playing baseball/softball anymore. I'm at 174 right now (though most people think I'm in my 150s when they see me) and I think ideally I'd like to be at 168 or 169 to get rid of any excess body fat I have.I'm really trying to cut down on alcohol and sugars but my want is higher than my will still...

Looks like today is a no go for me But if you play at Brier Creek on a weekend, I would be down. Are there usually full court games or is it just 21/shootaround type of thing? I'd love to play some full court pickup somewhere on a weekend since usually my gym sucks at having anyone play that time of week.

^^ i can't do em all either, but the more I practice, the better i get. it took me almost 5 months to be able to do one of em without getting so dizzy i almost puked... you should try it just once and see what you think, but you'd be surprised at what you can do

i may bite the bullet and start going to the brand new planet fitness that's opening by my house...it's $10/month with no contract so that's good for me...and it's right beside my tanning salon and the grocery store so i'm in that location at least 3-4 times a week anyway

i signed onto golds for $37/mo plus some initiation fee, my gf at the time was able to get $30/mo no fee that's the cheapest i've heard. Just recently though they upped the monthly fee of everyone $2 so now i pay 39/mo. Kinda ridiculous but i do like their gyms

Shoulders and calfs today.I really feel like I'm making progress now with getting rid of that elusive last 3 or 4 pounds. It's amazing what adding 12-15 miles of jogging a week can do. I think in about 1.5-2 months if I can keep this up I'll be right where I want to be.It probably has more to do with genetics but I am not seeing the physical results in the chest area that I'd like compared to shoulders/arms/back/etc. I'm definitely getting stronger but I don't look any different there like I do other parts.

After the weights last night, I finished with 6 minutes of running/sprints (might sound like a random number but, I had wrestling on the mind so I went as hard as I could for the full length of a match ) and then followed that up with as many pullups and pushups as I had left in me.
