I agree. There are also packs of girls that go to the game to just "talk" and never even move to look up to see what the score is or what's going on. Ticked me off when a pack of them in front of us clearly wasn't paying attention (everyone in front of them was standing up). They left a little after half time; those tickets could have gone to people that actually cared (like one of my friends that wanted to go but couldn't get a ticket).

I know with what a mess implementing the scanning tickets has been no one wants to dare think about adding any more, but at some point in the future, Athletics desperately needs to add the ability to scan student IDs. I'm sick and tired of obnoxious drunk boys running into me and then telling me "I got thrown out of such and such game for drinking...". If you're that drunk in the stadium that you're causing a problem, you should lose the ability to enter the stadium for the rest of the season. Revoking the ability to get your own ticket does nothing, they just get them off their friends then continue to come make life a living nightmare for those of us who are there to just watch the game and yell loud (on defense ) for the Pack.

I was in my seat on the 3rd row of section 7 and about halftime some TOTALLY TRASHED group of chicks come down and just INVADE the lower section of 7. I was "WTF?!" They were too trashed to understand how ill I was.

None of them had red on, none were cheering (a few sat the whole time trying not to barf...), and I'm pretty sure I saw that chick in the black dress w/ Wilma beads on. If not it was her soro sister rockin' the same dress.


It just blows my mind why you'd wanna make yourself have the IQ of a retard, feel horrifically sick, and waste a perfectly good ticket invading true fans' space

there is a difference between having somethign to drink and maybe having a little buzz and being fucking trashed and not giving a shit about the game. I would say that the majority of the people at a game that have any sort of buzz, are trashed and nothign close to "a little" buzz. I can understand wanting to drown your sorrow's, but after the game. There should be nothing to drown before the game, you should be going to support the team and be thinking that they will get a win. If / when they don't, then go out and get trashed.

apparently the request period opens one wed at midnight and closes friday morning at midnight.

How come the claim period doesn't start on friday like it normally does?

We only have Sat from 3 AM - Sun morning at midnight to claim our tickets? That makes no sense.

I am well aware of that.

by "normally" i mean as in how it is set up. Normally, claim period 1 would start on a monday, 3 hours after the request period ends. So logic would tell you that all they would do is change the day that the process starts on and claim period 1 would start on friday 3 hours after the request period closes.

oh, and normally you have 2 days to claim your ticket. But with this game, you only have 21 hours. From 3 AM on Sat morning until midnight on Sunday.

It doesn't really effect me on way or the other. But it effects the rest of my group and I was trying to be a good group leader and be able to answer their questions.
