^^I heard about that one a radio show one morning. One of the people is married to retired Air Force man and he said that it's not that unthinkable of that happening. You're up there, you're disoriented and you hit the wrong thing.

To me it seems like it should be harder to eject...but then again, maybe not? If shit is hitting the fan, it should probably be pretty easy to eject.
