Rode my bike a few laps around the booty loop in Charlotte and then ran a lap. I need to start doing that on a regular basis before my triathlon.Tonight I'm going to do an Athletic Conditioning class and then lift weights.

here is it is ya'll make me feel better.july 2009 to last weekend. a gain of about 8 lbs and no im not poking my stomach out in the first pic i did heavy weightlifting throughout the winter and put on a good amount of fat with the muscle. (like a solid 15 lbs-ish muscle and fat)i've spent the last few months cutting i guess. insanity workouts have been my friend.right now i'm really trying to tweak my diet and although i cheat way more than i'd like to i'm still seeing a little progress.CONGRATULATE ME [Edited on May 19, 2010 at 11:43 PM. Oh I know I'm working on it, and I'm proud of where I am. Up top I lost ten pounds (and learned our home scale is whack!) so I'm happy. I'm just not there yet. So if anything you have motivated me to work harder

I can't afford a gym, so I've been doing home or outdoor exercises (biking, running, sit ups, push ups mainly) and zumba. Luckily years of dance has kept my legs strong which have only been getting better, so I'm mainly focused on my core and arms. I've been thinking about stepping it up and getting some weights.

nice joie!! sweet absyou def look more muscular in a strong way, not a bulky waypretty sure to get my tummy to look like that i'd have to drop 20lbs. i need to weigh train. instead i like to train for stupid long cardio events which are fun but dont make me stronger

thanks ya'll even though i told you to right now i'm hovering around 140-145i never get below 140.i was trying desperately to do so for about 3 weeks and occasionally i would hit 136 but it was all water weight, so i've given up on that.

^ Good point. It's really the measurements that are important. 145 can look so different on so many people, depending on where your weight is distributed.

^4 According to the BMI scale, for my height my "ideal weight" is 130-135. My endocrinologist told me not to dare get that low...
