Hope he's not turning into Grant Hill
7/7/2019 9:50:44 PM
I can't believe the pelicans aren't going all out to win the summer league!!!
7/8/2019 6:51:58 AM
Muh dubs are cutting Shaun Livingston. I wonder if they're gonna retire his number, since he's helped win 3 championships.
7/10/2019 10:15:00 AM
TOR let Lin go. Lin is gonna either play in Asia or go to Philadelphia. Source----Andrew Yang.
7/10/2019 10:29:49 AM
Livingston getting waived is about as shocking as KD going to Brooklyn instead of the trash franchise Knicks.
7/10/2019 3:46:58 PM
Celtics waived Kyrie Irving and welcomed Kemba Walker.
7/11/2019 2:54:12 PM
Westbrook traded for Chris Paul and picks?!? Holy shit, that's insane
7/11/2019 8:44:45 PM
It’s a fair trade, and it’ll quicken the demise of the Rockets even sooner.
7/11/2019 8:52:16 PM
Don't love it, but hard to pass up a Westbrook especially with an aging CP3. Both Russ and Harden are so so ball dominant, but dantoni made Paul and Harden work, hopefully he can work some magic here
7/11/2019 8:55:12 PM
hello there, TWW's new #1 Westbrook fan
7/11/2019 8:58:01 PM
LolFuck CP3 that guy sucks!![Edited on July 11, 2019 at 9:03 PM. Reason : I'm sure it will be very fun AND very very frustrating rooting for russ]So does this mean Steven Adams and sga get to be in state farm ads now? [Edited on July 11, 2019 at 9:12 PM. Reason : E]

WOW, OKC lost everything this summer. Dayum, I feel bad for that GM.
7/12/2019 4:16:37 AM
That GM that turned two players who couldn't get that team to be a real competitor in the west into like 8 billion first round picks?
7/12/2019 5:55:47 AM
Eh, he took a consistent playoff contender and flipped their 2 all-star players with multiple years left for a bevy of 1st round picks. This is right as the NBA seems to all be agreeing that 1st round pick value in terms of assets isn't nearly as high as they were once considered. Even with 8 1st round picks I'm not convinced they'll turn those into even 2 stars. But at the same time, OKC was due to pay an insane amount of luxury tax this year so guess they got tired of dumping more and more money into it as repeat offenders when they knew they didn't have a shot to win the title.
7/12/2019 7:21:16 AM
They also got Shai Gilgeous-Alexander in the George deal and he's going to be very good (oh look, another pick the hornets fucked up.). IMO he was the biggest piece of that trade going back to OKC.

7/24/2019 2:16:47 PM
Nice! Glad they talked to Daryl Morey!
7/24/2019 2:53:18 PM
Impressive to find 20 people who have never heard of LeBron, but still seemingly know a fair amount about the NBA.
7/24/2019 3:37:00 PM
recency bias is a helluva drug
7/24/2019 3:41:48 PM
^^I didn't know LeBron had a tww account! Welcome![Edited on July 24, 2019 at 3:43 PM. Reason : 3]

I think he's talking about AD.
7/24/2019 3:55:04 PM
So..the knicks offseason wasn’t good. And I understand that they’re an easy target. But they missed out on a top 2 pick, which was outta their control. And KD went to the Nets, which isn’t necessarily outta their control...but not something you can pin the blame on the Knicks for. And I guess they missed on Kyrie...but again, should we blame the Knicks for it? I dunno. Seems kinda crazy to say that their offseason, some of which was outta their control, was the “worst move of the offseason”.
7/24/2019 3:59:14 PM
the whole reason the Knicks shipped away Porzingis the previous year was to have the salary cap room to sign some max players during this offseason. They came away with Marcus Morris?
7/24/2019 5:03:46 PM
The Knicks missed on KD/Kyrie, but instead of freaking out and throwing max money at lesser talented players they kept their salary flexibility for the future. Honestly they did the best they could have once Kyrie picked the Nets. The Hornets easily had the worst offseason. Lose the best player in franchise history and give his replacement a terrible contract!
7/24/2019 7:34:08 PM
What good is cap flexibility when nobody wants to play for your franchiseThe Hornets are as inept as it gets, but they don't have OMG MSG!!111 to try and sell, as if anyone gives a shit about playing home games in that building.]
7/24/2019 7:39:40 PM
Eh it's still better than paying Terry Rozier like an all-star.
7/24/2019 8:53:52 PM
7/25/2019 9:02:07 AM
None of that is wrong, wherever it came from. The Hornets are a fucking travesty. There is no feasible path to relevancy within five years, and they'll likely be a dumpster fire for as long as they exist.
7/25/2019 9:41:12 AM
We can forget about this team for the next five years.

^ I mean, they were obviously gambling on some of the big stars that were available this year and lost in a very big way.

Even a nerdy politician knows it.

I would like to officially offer a "no comment" to the Rockets maxing Eric Gordon
8/31/2019 4:06:26 PM
What if Lebron joined Lakers earlier in 2010 at his Decision I? Took his talent to LA instead of South Beach? He could have won 4 to 5 championships with Kobe and Gasol already and taken over the franchise a few years sooner b/c Kobe was a veteran at that time already. If so, Howard doesn't have to leave and Wade may go to join him. Anyway, it's already history.

It's like Metta World Peace.
9/5/2019 8:10:16 AM
Am I only one that thinks Dwight Howard somewhat redeems himself this year? By redeems, I mean is an asset to the Lakers? I hope he can put like 16/10 a night, and not be a distraction.
9/5/2019 8:18:03 PM
The Lakers are going to be a shit show this year
9/5/2019 8:26:12 PM
Whats their best case scenario with Davis and Lebron, like 60 wins? 45? I’m gonna say 56-26. Barring some injury to either of those 2. Caruso gonna break out this year.
9/5/2019 8:41:23 PM
best case? 82-0. worst case? 0-82.I see 50+ myself
