We had 5 hunters and they rolled for it. This epic bow is the first EVER weapon drop off a raid instance boss. All the other successful raids up until tonight has recieved epic armor set pieces.

ive noticed one general thing, or at least it seems to me. while some of the blue or purple things are very good, the difference between them and upper lvl crafted/green items isnt so much that it is insane like in many other games.

dont get me wrong, the shit is nice, but i mean the onyxia bow is a good example. nice dps but the stats arent something insane. maybe its just me.

I think the enchantments and durability are what make em neet.

Take a look at the Epic armor sets from MC and Onyxia's lairs. They are better than rest of the blue drops/sets.

game does get boring, esp once youre 60 and have no more leveling/questing to do, and are just raiding most of the time.

best cure for me was to make an alt on the opposite alliance, was lots of fun to see new areas and such.

i was questing in the barrens yesterday (low lvl 19 n00b) and these alliance elite monsters came out of nowhere and killed me in about 2 secs...It was quite gay...

And man you guys have awesome stuff...

A 44 warlock shouldn't have a problem with Rogues.

If you're getting ganked and backstabbed while unprepped, then understand its part of the game and fair.

However, if you're prepared and have Succubus out, you're on pretty even ground.

In fact, no class gives a Warlock serious problems. Our weakness is when we lack soulshards because then its just /wave.

i dont have any professions and im level 21 heh. i had mining and blacksmithing but i had a mining bug for the first almost 2 whole weeks i played for some reason and i couldnt decide what else to do...i guess i should get on that soon. i still dont know what i want to do for my two professions

if you want money do mining and skinning

sell that stuff on auction house

i wish i hadnt done blacksmithing as a hunter

the money i make from mining/fishing can buy me better weapons than I can make

blacksmithing is overrated

however, as much success as I've had someone else i know is insanely wealthy from skinning and mining and fishing, the gathering professions not only make money, but you can easily have someone with a leatherworking or blacksmithing profession make the the goods you need using the raw materials you provide for free

I hear at the highest levels (300skill) enchanting is the ultimate cash cow

basically you find out what goods are in higher demand in the auction house


e.g. deviate delight

then you get the raw materials
the recipe

and you sell it at a minor discount from its going rate (allakazam is a GREAT resource for following prices on different servers)

also I trade resources, once you have enough gold, I buy up every single instance of a resource in demand (e.g. silver or thorium), and then relist them on the auction house at a higher price

every 8 hours i have 10g profit in my mailbox

my problem is at lvl 22 i have nothing to do with the money, and the quests bore me

I'd pay twice the rate for a mount
