ok so another way of calling me fat
5/6/2010 10:22:51 AM
it apears that i'm an endomorph.
5/6/2010 10:23:59 AM
You can't work your way from one body type to anotherSimilar as to how you can't tan for so long that you turn blackYou can change your appearance and composition, but the underlying metabolic base will always be there
5/6/2010 10:24:23 AM
there's a ripped sexy dude behind my chest hair and man boobs. I will make him appear
5/6/2010 10:26:21 AM
i wouldn't have pegged you for an endomorph.youre not that big to begin with
5/6/2010 10:31:41 AM
being tall really helpsbut if i had to guess endomorph prob fits me best
5/6/2010 10:35:36 AM
"being tall really helps"i couldn't agree more.i <3 being tall
5/6/2010 10:39:33 AM
I wish I were just 1 or 2 inches taller (while I'm still taller than most people I know, that inch or 2 would be my personal ideal height)
5/6/2010 10:42:26 AM
I could go for being 6'3"
5/6/2010 10:43:09 AM
i would love to be 5'10 or even 5'11...but oh well
5/6/2010 10:45:29 AM
i actually don't mind my height. i wished i was taller when i was playing volleyball.. but i'm a decent height.
5/6/2010 10:45:42 AM
how tall are you now joie?
5/6/2010 10:46:54 AM
I'm 5'8"I tell people I'm 5'10" but I'm 5'8"I'm fully convinced that if I was 6 inches taller I would have gotten a D1 basketball scholarship
5/6/2010 10:47:08 AM
5' 9"...well 5'8 1/2" but i say 5'9"
5/6/2010 10:49:57 AM
Perfect opportunity to say the ol' "didn't know they stacked shit that high" joke and it's ruined because the person that set it up is too nice to say it too.GODDAMMIT

5/6/2010 10:54:41 AM
haha john goodmanendomorphs are more or less easy gainers in both directions, fat and muscle or anyone who can be over 200lbs without lifting weights...ectos can't power through, despite what Quinn saysi'm an endomorph too but i don't think fat, i think strong...all the strongest [natural] men in the world are going to be endos...although it is relative, of course a "strong" man weighing 400lbs is going to be stronger than another "strong" man at 180lbs. So weight classes are needed for the mesos/endos to compete.
5/6/2010 10:58:23 AM
yeah, I'm ~6'2" ... a couple more inches would be perfect (any taller though, and I would feel weird)haha and I'm the shrimp in my family- my dad is 2 inches taller than me, and my uncle is 6'6, and my cousins are 6'7 and 6'9
5/6/2010 10:59:50 AM

Physical Info: 123.5 lbs (last I checked two months ago - probably more now), 5' 7"Did all this despite haven taken ~500 calories in cough drops due to this stupid virus I've been fighting. Unfortunately I had to skip leg day. Working out while sick sucks, but to me skipping workouts while sick is much worse -- I'm not going to let a random virus destroy all the gains I've made thus far.TuesdayTreadmill: 10 minutes (+3 min cooldown), ~1.3 miles, 125 Calories overallMachine Chest Press: 120 lbs x 8, 120 lbs x 7, 120 lbs x 5Seated Decline Dumbbell Biceps Curl: 30 lbs x 10, 30 lbs x 8, 30 lbs x 7 (all each side)Dumbbell Non-Parallel Lateral Raises: 25 lbs x 11, 25 lbs x 10, 25 lbs x 9 (two at a time)Abdominal Crunch Weighted: 40lbs x 12, 40 lbs x 12, 40lbs x 11Dumbbell Front Raises: 30 lbs x 9, 30 lbs x 9, 30 lbs x 8 (two at a time)Dips: 15, 13, 12Hanging Vertical Abdominal Crunch: 25, 25, 2510 minutes Static/Dynamic StretchingWednesdayTreadmill: 10 minutes (+3 min cooldown), ~1.3 miles, 132 Calories overallDead Lift: 185 lbs x 9, 185 lbs x 9, 185 lbs x 9Neutral-Grip Pullup: 11, 8, 6Weighted Twisting Abdominal Crunch: 30 lbs x 8, 30 lbs x 6, 30 lbs x 5 (all each side)Machine Leg Press: 320 lbs x 11, 320 lbs x 11, 320 lbs x 10Cable Seated Low Row: 120 lbs x 9, 120 lbs x 9, 120 lbs x 8Hanging Vertical Oblique Crunch: 10, 10, 10 (all each side)10 minutes Static StretchingThursday (today)Treadmill: 10 minutes (+3 cooldown), ~1.3 miles, 127 Calories overallSeated Preacher Curls: 70 lbs x 9, 70 lbs x 10, 70 lbs x 8Bar Military Press (focused on shoulders): 85 lbs x 8, 85 lbs x 7, 85 lbs x 6Hanging Vertical Abdominal Crunch: 25, 25, 25Dumbbell Triceps Extension: 60 lbs x 9, 60 lbs x 9, 60 lbs x 8Dual Cable Crossover: 45 lbs x 10, 45 lbs x 9, 45 lbs x 8Abdominal Crunch Weighted: 40 lbs x 12, 40 lbs x 12, 40 lbs x 1210 minutes Static/Dynamic Stretching

^ I just assumed he came in here to post something about pooping to lose weight.
5/6/2010 9:09:20 PM
^^^jesus you're only 123lbs?[Edited on May 6, 2010 at 9:23 PM. Reason : ^^^]
5/6/2010 9:23:23 PM
^ Last I weighed over 2 months ago I was. My body fat percent last I checked was 7.5. I am probably closer to 128-130 now with probably the same body fat percentage. I have noticed body weight exercises such as dips and neutral grip pullups getting slightly harder. I am assuming this would be due to the added muscle weight -- I mean I am able to lift more weight now than I was two months ago. When I started exercising 1.5 years ago I was 185 lbs and 24% body fat -- not pretty for someone 5' 7".I'll have to use the scale / body fat measuring machine they have at Lifestyle and post back.
5/6/2010 9:41:36 PM
jesus weighed more than that on the cross dude. Eat more
5/6/2010 9:58:27 PM
^I am afraid of reverting back to the state I was in before starting exercising. I am still managing to make gains eating ~2000 calories/day 6 days a week plus a ~4500 calorie cheat day.
5/6/2010 10:02:37 PM
does rec kickball count??
5/6/2010 10:18:04 PM
FDT that will help us decide whether kickball counts or not!
