4-star DT Shy Tuttle is announcing his college choice before North Davidson's game this Friday. Landing that guy would be HUGE. He's a truly great, humble kid and an absolute monster on the field. I know some family members of his fairly well, and I keep hearing Tenn for him. But he really does like NC State, so we'll see. We are in his top four along with UNC, UT, and Clemson. Just praying he doesn't pick UNC.
9/25/2014 10:23:45 AM
We're pretty much out of it. All signs point to Tennessee.I want Michigan to keep tanking, clean house, and get Roseboro to switch.
9/25/2014 10:27:08 AM
supposedly a bunch of recruits will be here for the fsu game (100+?) including hines and maybe mcgirt?hopefully we'll keep the score close enough in the first half to bring back the crowd in the second.[Edited on September 25, 2014 at 10:41 AM. Reason : ]
9/25/2014 10:41:00 AM
I guess you'll be able to find out who shows up with that gigapixel shot
9/26/2014 9:17:30 AM
Might not mean anything (or maybe it does?) but UM commit Darian Roseboro, who picked Michigan over State, will be taking an official visit to State this weekend.
9/26/2014 10:30:22 AM
Why would he take an OV if he's committed to another team? That makes no sense to me...source?
9/26/2014 11:07:26 AM
^ Seriously? It happens all the time...especially for a local kid. Why not get a free ticket to see the #1 team in the nation. But to add to it...Hoke and his staff might get canned if they keep losing. Might as well keep your options open.
9/26/2014 11:12:23 AM
^^ some UM website tweeted it.
9/26/2014 11:44:27 AM
I hate recruiting.
9/26/2014 12:03:59 PM
It is what it is (17 and 18 year old kids making one of the biggest decisions of their life)
9/26/2014 12:07:06 PM
9/26/2014 12:16:49 PM
We have nothing to lose and everything to gain by letting Roseboro come visit this weekend. The worst that can happen is he still goes to Michigan. The best that can happen is we change his mind. I like the upside.
9/26/2014 12:46:51 PM
^Yep.Worst case he just wants a free ticket and trip to see the #1 team play. And maybe we'll win him over in the process. I don't see this as anything but potentially good for us
9/26/2014 2:40:29 PM
Maybe he will see that half of the FSU D-line is out, and he could be better than the backups they are playing. So he switches his commitment to FSU and we have to face him for 4 years. That would be worse.
9/26/2014 3:14:55 PM
9/26/2014 3:16:40 PM
hey guise... how are things going?did I miss any news?
9/26/2014 3:19:36 PM
You go to hell
9/26/2014 3:22:58 PM
whaaaaat? what did I do?
9/26/2014 3:25:56 PM
9/26/2014 3:26:54 PM

9/26/2014 3:28:55 PM
someone should photoshop my face onto his, and a philly cheesesteak for beyonce
9/26/2014 3:31:01 PM

9/26/2014 3:45:29 PM
3 star in-state RB Reggie Gallaspy committed per PP
9/27/2014 10:18:25 PM
supposed to be more committing after today...and apparently one big fish.^good offer list on that kid..4.78 though.graded out high though in the State[Edited on September 27, 2014 at 10:59 PM. Reason : f]
9/27/2014 10:57:55 PM
You guys know better than to look at the espn measurables.
9/27/2014 11:33:16 PM
McGirt said yesterday we are officially leading over UGA and UNC, but not sure when he plans to actually commit. I was a little worried about making FSU our "biggest recruiting day in years" but I can't imagine that game didn't go over well with recruits. Offense was explosive, defense showed it needs a few more playmakers, and CF was rocking most of the game.
9/28/2014 8:04:21 AM
Saw this on Gallaspy. Seems plenty fast enough. Big too.
9/28/2014 8:35:06 AM
Nice, we seem to be building a stable of decent running backs... nichols and samuels have both looked good too.
9/28/2014 11:49:34 AM
RB with an offer from Wisconsin? That's enough for me to know he is a solid pick-up.[Edited on September 28, 2014 at 1:24 PM. Reason : .]
9/28/2014 1:24:20 PM
Sounds like Gallaspy will bring a different skillset to our backfield too, as he is apparently a bruiserDon't have any inside info, but based on what I've read on PP and elsewhere, I'm feeling pretty good about Hines, McGirt, and Roseboro. I can't imagine much of a better atmosphere for recruits unless we had won, and Michigan continuing to suck can only help with Roseboro.

leads the state w/ 1602 yards rushing and 130 pts scored
9/29/2014 8:05:13 PM
in the least surprising news of the day:
9/29/2014 8:16:46 PM
couple folks on premie board saying Roseboro, McGirt and Hines will all commit.
9/30/2014 8:57:10 AM
holy shit that'd be
9/30/2014 9:13:56 AM
^^any discussion as to a timeframe on that?
9/30/2014 9:39:09 AM
supposedly soonish but remember this is nc state so expect at least of one of those guys to end up elsewhere before all is said and done. i'd bet on it being mcgirt because he has a new favorite school every week
9/30/2014 10:51:09 AM
please tell me McGirt's first name is Dirt.
9/30/2014 12:17:28 PM
He's from Dirty Durham... Shimmy shimmy
9/30/2014 12:25:33 PM
McGirt has been pretty set on UGA and NCSU for the longest. He's passionate about going into vet school and focusing on football also so I'd say it's safe to bet he's serious about State. It'd be huge to get Hines, McGirt, and Roseboro. Supposedly Houshun Gaines is making his announcement this Friday. I think we really can keep using that "Stay home" mentality for these guys. Seems to be working well.
9/30/2014 12:38:57 PM
Gaines is VT all the way
9/30/2014 12:41:03 PM
I want Frasier, Hines, McGirt, and Roseboro. Anything else is icing on the cake. Those recruits signing with us would make a huge statement that we're not fucking around.
