My dad said if I am like him I would need to worry about drinking non light beer / cheeseburgers around age 60. My mom is jealous but she is very thin due to self control. It's always a trip watching her use an assisted pullup machine.My brothers metabolism is not as bad as mine (he is more ecto-meso). It's all good. Just a hassle.

just ran 5 milesafter a week off from running at all, sitting around drinking my face off and only swimming when i had to peewhoo boykinda ruffalso, decided at the end that since i kept a slow pace that i should sprint up the 122 stair path straight up a hill from the river to the neighborhood instead of walking around up roads (uphill cool down woo)that was a pooooorrr ideaplaying the AM I GONNA BARF game[Edited on April 20, 2010 at 6:30 PM.
