I need 2:D. Williams vs GBBJGE vs SDTolbert @ NENot PPR.[Edited on September 14, 2011 at 10:11 AM. Reason : 1]
9/14/2011 10:10:57 AM
tough call. tough GB run d, bjge will get the goal line touches but has woodhead taking away in the no huddle, tolbert same story but with ryan matthews.. I am in a similar situation- pick my RB2 and flex:D. Williams vs GBR. Matthews vs NED. Sproles vs CHI
9/14/2011 10:14:10 AM
I would still go with The Lawfirm and Tolbert. I have a feeling that Williams is going to drop off in terms of production and Stewart has looked better than him every time he runs in the preseason and regular season so far. As far as the second choice, I would go with Matthews and Williams. Sproles will not have the same production he did against GB. Chicago's defense looked pretty solid.
9/14/2011 10:22:49 AM
Michael Turner vs. PhiladelphiaCedric Benson @ ChicagoCadillac Williams @ NYGpick 2.and lol at calling BJGE 'the lawfirm']

Turner and Benson

should I start Ben Tate or Shonn Greene this week? I've also got Chris Johnson, but I don't think I should sit him this week.
9/14/2011 12:34:15 PM
Was sproles a 1 hit wonder, or is he worth starting over LaGarrette Blount?^I don't like either of those choices, but if you forced my hand, I'd start Ben Tate.[Edited on September 14, 2011 at 12:47 PM. Reason : never liked shonn green]
9/14/2011 12:46:23 PM
I really think (hope) that the reports about Blount's workload increasing this week turn out to be true. Raheem Morris said the Bucs left their normal gameplan of running the ball and throwing to Mike Williams way too early last week. If Blount has another 5-10 carry performance against Minnesota this weekend then I would look elsewhere.I would start Blount over Sproles
9/14/2011 1:49:01 PM
my game lines this week are +6, +2, -2, -6, -23... gonna be a tough week.
9/14/2011 3:30:04 PM
percy or cadillac?i don't have carnell at the moment but sjax is one of my rb's and i the #1 waiver priority. so, it is between me just starting percy and keeping waiver priority or picking up carnell. leaning towards just staying with harvin. ]

Pick 3Rice @ TennMJD @ NYJTolbert @ NEBest vs KC
9/14/2011 4:33:34 PM
Rice, Best, MJD.Rice is a no brainer.Best should do fine against KC's defense.MJD is the only weapon Jacksonville has.[Edited on September 14, 2011 at 4:41 PM. Reason : .]
9/14/2011 4:40:32 PM
why all the hate for Tolbert?I dont think Best is that great of an option.
9/14/2011 4:43:35 PM
He's a starter and will get more carries. Tolbert will split with Matthews.[Edited on September 14, 2011 at 4:55 PM. Reason : I'm not hating on Tolbert. Tolbert is a beast but I like Best's matchup better.]
9/14/2011 4:55:04 PM
Tolbert is the conundrumI think that SD is going to use the Jets playoff game plan and try to control the ball and keep NE off the field. That should be big numbers for him in theory, but I just can't pull the trigger on it.[Edited on September 14, 2011 at 4:58 PM. Reason : hopefully i can get a couple more opinons to tip the scales one way or another]
9/14/2011 4:55:24 PM
I've been offered a trade of Tony Romo and Mike Tolbert for Matt Forte.I originally drafted Peyton Manning, and currently have Kyle Orton starting. But is Romo a big enough upgrade over Orton to justify the trade? My other RBs are Adrian Peterson, Knowshon Moreno, LT, and Thomas Jones.worth it or no?[Edited on September 14, 2011 at 5:03 PM. Reason : .]
9/14/2011 5:02:44 PM
^^I'm starting Tolbert. After last year and last week I just don't see benching him. The split time argument is bullshit imo. He's clearly the better back and the only way Matthews is scoring is if he breaks away.If I had to pick between Best and Tolbert I'd pick the latter./2c

Packers D/ST @CarOrLions D/ST vsKCFeeling like the Lions may have a stout defense against KC, but Packers ST will have a good game against Carolina given much they failed against Arizona. Not confident in the Packers D seeing as how the Saints turned it into a shootout and there's the chance that Cam and his versatile targets will get some good yards in against Green Bay. Don't know too much about the Chiefs except they only put up 7 points against the Bills...
9/14/2011 5:20:01 PM
Packers D vs Carolina is a top 5 playDon't let one week jade you
9/14/2011 5:24:11 PM
With Steven Jackson out my RB situation is so dire in a 14 team league I'm about to start Mark Ingram and CJ Spiller. The only other RB I've got is Jerome Harrison and I've barely even heard of that guy. I tried to pick up Caddilac Williams but the guy one spot higher in the waivers got him.I need to pick up another RB (and need to drop Danny Amendola anyway) but there's scarce pickings available, who would yall reccomend between these:Dexter McClusterJohn KhunErnest GrahamBrian LeonardI'm thinking McCluster because he's explosive and versatile since he's listed as RB/WR

Pick one:Cleveland D vs. Colts/Kerry CollinsGB D vs. Panthers/CamI'm probably going to go with the best team and take the Packers, but man Indy looks prone to giving up defensive TDs.
9/14/2011 6:03:03 PM
Devery Henderson vs Chicagoor Micheal Sims-Walker vs NY Giants
9/14/2011 6:21:15 PM
^^Cleveland's D gave up 27 to a bad Bengals team. I'd go with GB^Devery
9/14/2011 6:29:47 PM
^ yeah, but my league has some funky categories like tackles for a loss that give bonus points. Cleveland had 7 TFLs and like 4 sacks vs. the Bengals so they did well for me despite the point total. Plus the Colts were beyond horrible against what was the worst secondary in football last season. I'm still going GB, but I think the Browns D will do well.
9/14/2011 6:39:40 PM
Hightower vs. Arizona or Jones-Drew vs. Jets?
9/14/2011 8:44:07 PM
Fill out this portion of my roster:RBRBRB/WRWRWRWith:RB C.Johnson (Bal) - normally a no-brainer, but against BAL?RB Gore (Dal) - one of the safest bets?RB R.Grant (@Car) - flop last week, rebound against CAR?RB Benson (@Den) - good week 1, but not really a top option over the other guys (in a vacuum)WR Dez Bryant (@SF) - good week 1, but is Q w/ hurt quadWR Maclin (@Atl) - big ol' flop last weekWR AJ Green (@DEn) - can rook carry over wk 1 success?WR D.Henderson (CHI - in FA pool) - should get lots of looks from Brees, esp. w/ injuries to Moore/Colston
9/14/2011 8:47:30 PM
^^While the matchup might favor Hightower, I'd have hard time benching MJD.and ^RB GoreRB JohnsonRB/WR BensonWR Maclin or Henderson...not sure.WR Bryant (unless it becomes apparent he won't play/limited time)[Edited on September 14, 2011 at 8:57 PM. why not Schaub? Brady just put 517 on that D.pick a TEJimmy Graham vs Chior Jermichael Finley vs CarRight now Im leaning towards Finley because I dont really think Carolina's D can stop Rodgers[Edited on September 15, 2011 at 12:56 AM. 9/15/2011 12:53:44 AM
id flip a coin.Honestly, prolly Finley. Carolinas on their backup MLB and their DL is obviously weak. Finley should be open all day.
9/15/2011 12:59:04 AM
If you have Finley, then why are you wasting a bench spot on another TE?
9/15/2011 2:12:20 AM
Josh Freeman at MinorCam Newton vs GB
9/15/2011 3:41:17 AM
Had a trade in my inbox this morningI get:RogersBoweLynchMarcedesI give:OrtonMJDBestHernandezThoughts? I'm loaded at RB with Rice, MJD, Tolbert, Best, and Moreno.[Edited on September 15, 2011 at 5:49 AM. Reason : standard scoring]
9/15/2011 5:46:35 AM
^ I would take it personally. Rodgers is Rodgers, Bowe can have big weeks, Lewis is a servicable TE...and on your side...4 more losses and Tebow is starting, MJD can get hurt at anytime, Best is still not proven, and Hernandez risks losing points to Gronkowski even though he splits out wide 70% of the time.I wish I could get a trade offer, I am trying to unload Gore on someone, but not really sure what his value is.^wait is that supposed to be Rodgers? Just making sure it isn't like Carlos Rogers who isn't in the NFL anymore haha.[Edited on September 15, 2011 at 6:37 AM. Reason : .]

BranchWilliams and BushGoreBryantSmith or Nicks... tough callAfter last week, I would almost immediately go with Smith but GB's secondary is massively better than Arizona's. Smith has a ton of upside being Cam's favorite target so it's a risk that could either really pay off or not deliver. Nicks was banged up a little last week so there's always a chance he could get injured again. I'm leaning towards Smith though.
9/15/2011 10:09:42 AM
^ThanksWhich Williams were you talking about? I am leaning towards starting Smith, and I don't know what to do between Nicks and Bryant...they both didn't practice yesterday, and Nicks is on Monday night.

D. Williams[Edited on September 15, 2011 at 11:09 AM. Reason : I don't think Cadillac will be productive.]
9/15/2011 11:03:15 AM
Austin Collie has been dropped in my league....is he a better option than Jordy Nelson?
9/15/2011 11:43:54 AM
not while Kerry Collins is throwing to him. He's a third read at best after Reggie Wayne and Pierre Garcon. Fourth read when he checks down to Dallas Clark.
9/15/2011 11:49:30 AM
Collie is pretty much worthless until Peyton comes back. I think I read somewhere that he played in 33 of the Colts 57 offensive plays, while Garcon played in 56 of the 57.Which defense would you guys go with this week? Dallas @ SFChicago @ NOI benched Chicago last week against the Falcons and played the Browns DEF (which was projected to get around 13 points) and got burned bigtime. Chicago put up 24 points while Cleveland put up 4. I dont wanna get burned again this week, but New Orleans offense is a lot hotter than Atlantas, and Dallas is a top 5 defense according to a lot of "experts" rankings. Ugh
9/15/2011 12:31:11 PM
On the flip side, Collie did nearly score a TD, but one of his feet were out of bounds. I'd like to think he will rebound this week vs. Cleveland and get a few catches.^I'd go Dallas D. Rather not take a chance against the NO offense.Would would you use as a flex this week? (16-team PPR):Collie vs. CLEMoore vs. CHID. Thomas vs. HOUBreaston @ DETHardesty @ INDProbably gonna plug in Collie, but I may take a chance on Moore if he is active.
9/15/2011 2:10:19 PM
^ Did that really happen. He ended up with 0 points at the end of the day. That would have caused me to lose if he caught that TD pass.
