I lost 2 games last year (keeping me from the playoffs) in a fractional league where I would have won had he done the fractional pointsunrelated: we had our first "son of a whore" game this year in our league... both teams way underperformed, but the team that won did so by only .07 of a pt (58.48 - 58.41)... if Best had gotten one more carry, the losing team would have won
9/14/2010 10:34:44 AM
Dear Shon Greene,Thanks for putting up negative points you piece of shit. Cannot believe I wasted the 9th pick on your ass. Signed,Two of my fantasy teams (thankfully I only started him in one league)
9/14/2010 10:35:11 AM
with LT there and what I saw in preseason (or didn't see rather) I was weary of him (same with rice and MJD)
9/14/2010 10:38:55 AM
Rice gets a pass this week vs NYJ, he'll be fine.
9/14/2010 10:45:03 AM
3-0
9/14/2010 10:48:10 AM
2-0in one league I had the second lowest score, but it just so happened i was playing the team with the lowest score
9/14/2010 10:54:42 AM
I tied Tree.0-0-1.500 after 1 game. LOL

Harrison or Hillis?I have Harrison, chance to pick Hillis up on waivers?Brandon Jackson, Brandon Lloyd & Nate Washington are on waivers too....[Edited on September 14, 2010 at 1:54 PM. Reason : .]

RYAN GRANT OUT FOR THE SEASON
9/14/2010 1:57:56 PM
jackson
9/14/2010 1:58:16 PM
i'm 15/16 on waivers, ain't gonna happen, although he'll be #1 in my queue
9/14/2010 1:59:07 PM
I have Dwayne Bowe and Legadu Naanee is still availableShould I add Naanee or take a chance on Bowe. He didnt do shit last night and I am worried that KC is going to rapidly become a run first team with their triple threat option at RB.
9/14/2010 2:13:19 PM
in a FAAB w/ $100...how much would you put on Jackson?
9/14/2010 2:25:26 PM
FAAB?
9/14/2010 2:30:00 PM
waiver auction...bids have to be in tonight.

9/14/2010 2:49:19 PM
As a Ryan Grant owner...this is quite crushing. Have to hope I get lucky with waivers.
9/14/2010 2:49:51 PM
9/14/2010 2:50:48 PM
9/14/2010 3:03:48 PM
I think Bowe was just held back by SD's good pass defense. Look for Bowe to open up in future weeks.... Naanee might open up too with Vincent Jackson still out.So no help on whether to drop Harrison to get Hillis?
9/14/2010 3:04:40 PM
^tough call...I always drop my kicker mid week if I can't decide whether or not to pick up somebody long term...at the very least it gives you a few more days to decide
9/14/2010 3:18:00 PM
I dont think you can commit to Hillis just yet. Its too early. Plus he fumbled twice. There is no guarantee that Harrison is out as the starter.
9/14/2010 3:47:50 PM
1-0looking for opinions on next week's D/ST:got the 49ers D/ST and the cardinals D/ST currently...want to keep 49ers a bit longer to see if sunday was a fluke, but they're playing NO next week, so i'm thinking i should sit them out regardless.think it's worth swapping cardinals for chiefs/broncos/giants/seahawks?
9/14/2010 3:48:59 PM
Yes. Swap the Giants for the Cardinals.Their LB core is going to be solid this year and should have a good amount of sacks.[Edited on September 14, 2010 at 3:52 PM. Reason : as demonstrated by the game against Carolina]I have TJ Housh on my bench and Steve Breaston is available. Thoughts?[Edited on September 14, 2010 at 3:56 PM. Reason : ?]
9/14/2010 3:52:05 PM
all i gotta say is TJ was a let down last year, i had him on my team for half the year and didn't do anything.
9/14/2010 4:00:32 PM
same hereI'm thinking about shopping Tony Gonzalez because I have a feeling he is going to be a dud this year. I have Cooley as my other TE.
9/14/2010 4:02:38 PM
Ok, got another one, Lloyd or N. Washington? I'm not convinced Ten. is a passing team quite yet, and Lloyd look like Orton's #1 on Sunday.
9/14/2010 4:02:50 PM
Well, again, he is one of those players that got lucky and had 1 big play that resulted in the majority of his yards. What Orton showed is that he likes to spread the ball around so there is no guarantee that he will get more catches than Royal (who had 98 yards), and Gaffney (who was the only 1 to have a TD).If I had to make a decision today, I'd probably go with Washington because Britt looks like garbage so far this year.[Edited on September 14, 2010 at 4:06 PM. Reason : and Tennessee doesn't have shit for WRs right now]
9/14/2010 4:06:19 PM
True.

9/14/2010 4:18:52 PM
Panthro, what do you think about Steve Breaston vs TJ Housh vs Naanee?Which would you take if you had to take one now.[Edited on September 14, 2010 at 4:19 PM. Reason : Someone took Naanee]
9/14/2010 4:18:59 PM
I am dropping Housh for Breaston in my league. Not crazy about Anderson being the QB though.
9/14/2010 4:23:31 PM
9/14/2010 4:26:46 PM
uh the Jets blocking is VASTLY superior to the Chargers
9/14/2010 4:29:03 PM
My comment had nothing to do with his situations and everything to do with the fact that the Chargers coaching staff lost the playoff game last year because they refused to stop handing it to tomlinson after he ran into the middle of the line for no gain again and again. Last night he picked right back up where he left off with 15 carries for a whopping 38 yards thereby making him definitely not "vastly better" than greene in any other sense besides getting a hotsauce enema might be "vastly better" than getting dropkicked in the nuts.
9/14/2010 4:38:34 PM
haha ok well we'll see how good his numbers are this year compared to last year. The Jets went to the ground too much because Sanchez couldn't complete a pass to save his life.AnyhowTony Gonzalez for Greg Olsen?
9/14/2010 4:40:01 PM
^Don't know if I would do that. I still think T Gonz will have a pretty decent year. Need to go after a receiver. Our waiver wire is a bidding process. Never done this before. I have $5,000 to spend this season. These guys are available: Naanee, Collie, Mark Clayton, Mike Williams (Seattle) I'm thinking definitely Collie. But who between the other three should I go after also?[Edited on September 14, 2010 at 4:53 PM. Reason : .]
9/14/2010 4:51:32 PM
crabtree, nate washington or mike wallace?
9/14/2010 4:59:34 PM
^^Collie, Naanee, Williams in that order. Clayton is a 1-week wonder.^i think crabtree is overrated. tough choice though.
9/14/2010 5:25:48 PM
is b jackson the consensus #1 waiver wire pickup this week?im stuck with shonn greene, beanie wells, j stewart, and d mcfadden.no flex thoughwrs : andre johnson, h nicks, j maclin, d mcclusterstupid league has forced number of roster spots during the draft and first waivers open up tonight for the league.being forced to draft 2 k, 2 te, 2 def, 2 qb, 4 rb, 4 wr is a dumb format, but hey, the commish is a tard and it's good people
9/14/2010 5:33:09 PM
I actually think Naanee has more upside than Collie. Naanee has the potential to become a #1 receiver with his size and is in a pass happy offense. Collie is 3rd or 4th on the depth chart and again, was one of those receivers that had 1 play for 70+ yards that gave him the majority of his yards. I really dont think he will be consistent enough to start. Naanee on the other hand seemed to be Philip's favorite behind Gates and has excellent hands.Crabtree isnt overrated so much as he is on a team that blows for passing offense. I would give Crabtree another week to bounce back before losing total faith. If you have to make a change right now, Nate Washington should become the #1 receiver on TN. Britt is terrible right now.B. Jackson definitely is the #1 pickup this week. From the looks of your RB core, you need him pretty bad.[Edited on September 14, 2010 at 5:49 PM. Reason : .]
9/14/2010 5:49:33 PM
Romo is my starter, should I go ahead & drop Kolb? If so, should I go for Orton, Vick or Garrard as his replacement?
9/14/2010 8:26:20 PM
The bad news is that I owned Ryan GrantThe good news is that I am #1 in the waiver order, so Brandon Jackson is mine.I gotta wonder if they pull a Samkon Gado, however, and go with that Dimitri Nance character as their workhorse and keep Brandon Jackson as a 3rd down back.[Edited on September 14, 2010 at 9:17 PM. Reason : 2]
9/14/2010 9:05:28 PM
Thinking of offering Darren McFadden for Ryan Mathews straight up. Thoughts? Also, this week start Vick, Flacco, or Derek Anderson?
9/14/2010 11:15:19 PM
^i doubt they'd go for it, but give it a shot for sure...sell high.[Edited on September 14, 2010 at 11:17 PM. Reason : and for this week? Vick vs. Det.]
9/14/2010 11:17:15 PM
I'm in a crazy keeper league that starts 23 players...(IDP etc). I can start up to 3 QBs (2 QB, 1 QB/RB/WR slot). This team was autodrafted and I assumed ownership later... so I'm stuck with:Derek AndersonAlex SmithJosh FreemanMatt MooreI'm weak at WR too (Ward, Crabtree, Sims-Walker, B.Edwards)... and am being offered Dwayne Bowe for Alex Smith or Josh Freeman. Is it worth it to trade away one of my 3 (potentially) starting QBs for Dwayne? I have no idea if Moore will become serviceable. The fact that its a keeper league is making me hesitant. There are no starting QBs in FA. Full of IDK here...
