Fresh market and Whole foods both sell greek yogurt, and i dont believe its much mroe expensive than regular yogurt...Using greek yogurt will cut out the draining step

there is a sushi buffet in houston that rocks my fucking face

place is packed to the walls with azns. they also have a hot buffett

shit is fresh and rolled on the spot. i know this isn't the norm for sushi buffets but there are some good ones out there!

dnl have someone who knows sushi take you for another try

cauliflower/carrots/broccoli(steamed), 2 eggs and 2 egg whites(scrambled), a kiwi(eat the skin), a yogurt, and a slice of bread(dont want too much fiber right now)

i dont buy any yogurt but the store brand stuff...all yogurt serves the same purpose to me...foodlions is the cheape$t

I made Sopa de Pollo for dinner because I had it for lunch today at Dos Taquitos Centro...and it was a-fucking-mazing. I had to have more...and the most fattening ingredient is the optional avacado. Tres Yum.

I'll try to get a pic.

i ended up at the times. veggie burger avec cheese and a PBR. mmm. it was delish. but if i had eaten at home i would have gotten FRESH blueberry pancakes and that is also delish.

BUT my mom just baked a cinnamon coffee cake so i guess i'll settle for that
