According to a recent cnn.com story, the show might be expanding to an hour every week next year...

Quote :
"At NBC's "upfront" presentation to advertisers on May 14, Zucker says he expects NBC to unveil five new programs - three dramas, one comedy, and one reality show - for its fall schedule. Zucker and Reilly are considering stretching The Office to an hour and canceling the original Law & Order"

I said they should do that back whenever they still had the two seperate branches earlier this season so each office would get more than 11 minutes of airtime.

But think about it; they have so many deleted scenes each episode that they could almost make 43 minutes with footage they have now.

Plus they could have more time for bit characters like Patrice O'Neal and Champ Kind.

Its Creed

He's in charge of Quality Assurance, not 3rd base for the White Sox

bonus time tonight

43 minutes if the guide is right

NBC has a weird timeslot schedule tonight

Earl from 8-8:36

The Office from 8:36-9:19

Scrubs from 9:19-9:53

and ER from 9:53-11

Whatever, as long as we get more Office. 43 mins should equate to about 30 minutes of actual programming as opposed to 21 with the 30 minute show

I take full responsibility for the confusion over Mr. Bratton's name spelling; if only subconsciously.

I am so SO curious if Pam is actually gonna step up and tell Jim how she feels, and I kinda want to see the ensuing fight between her and Karen

They were all standing around a water-feature/mall fountain pond thingy and but there were so many mall lookers hanging around and the production crew seemed to be rushing so I didn't want be a total idiot and walk up and talk to them. But it was most exciting and then I saw Angela a little farther down but couldn't see who she was with...

Told you guys And apparently I couldn't tell who Angela was with...because she wasn't with anyone but the camera folk

Called it.

My prediction for the finale is that karen gets the job at corporate over michael and then she and jim break up. There has to be some suspense in the offseason, right? Will jim and pam get together now fits that perfectly. They have both confessed their feelings for each other now so it seems inevitable.

wait so being curious about something that is obviously going to happen eventually means you called it?

[Edited on May 11, 2007 at 12:52 AM. Reason : its not like this is lost and they are trying to surprise people at every turn]

I don't think it's gonna happen, because once it does it won't be as exciting as everyone hopes.

There is no way they'll send Michael, and I know they shot 2 different endings for the season. I kinda want to see Jim sent to NY for awhile and having Karen/Pam in the same office missing the same guy.
