aint nothing wrong with cardio before lifts (people say lots of shit). i use to do it. well what i thought was cardio til i got off the treadmill and onto the street.i never lifted like a mad man, so it never bothered me. i also didnt do cardio like a mad man either

just lift really light weights of whatever you're about to do for your warmup, and then progress from there. there's no real reason to do cardio for a warmup.
