zumba zumba!!and having been a dancer from 3 until my early twenties, I have realized how out of shape I really am doing zumba. I was once able to grande plié (or "squat") at 2nd position with ease, and it's not as easy as it once was. I'll get there [Edited on April 1, 2010 at 10:55 PM. Reason : ]

So I am sitting here writing down what I ate for the day and I cant figure out why the total is so low. After I ate a box of macoroni and cheese I realized I had left out an entire large pizza . Looks like today might be 4000 calories.^I was having trouble eating for a week due to illness and I bought cytosport mint chocolate. I mix that sucker in whole milk and add chocolate syrup......of course it tastes good. I bet it ends up near the 800 calorie mark. [Edited on April 3, 2010 at 10:39 PM. Reason : .]

I busted out a concrete slab with a sledgehammer and a pickaxe, and then I proceeded to haul the busted slab to the other side of the house and pile it up. I think beating on a tire would have been a little more forgiving.
