definitely shouldn't have been that close but I don't think Georgia Southern is as bad as everyone is assuming. either way, no one's gonna care that it was close come March and I'd much rather have this result than last year's opener.

If he is doing this for charity, then it ain't that bad of an idea. People will sensationalize it every weekend, and make it seem like a huge commitment. But in reality, one NCAA season is actually a relatively short time frame to grow out what would be considered a proper beard.
