i ran lake johnson but i went the opposite way than what i normally do (normally i go over the bridge first, do the hills and end it on the flat) but this time i went to the left and did the hills last but i finished in the same time which i was really proud of since i thought it was more uphill going this way than the other way. my reward: i didnt have to straighten my hair if i completed the run. go me.

dear fitness peoplewhy do i get intense calf cramps/pain?like, all the timeit's was uncomfortable and awkward to walk down the stairs this morning, and i didnt even run yesterday.Tuesday, during a midweek short run, my calfs cramped up to the point that it was incredibly painful just to take a strideyesterday, on a non running day, playing kickball was difficult due to cramping from just running the bases.. later on playing basketball it alleviated through the course of the activityi stretch them a lot, prior to and after all exercisei eat a ton of potassiumi try to stay hydrated, but i drink a lot of alcoholbut yet, i keep in the 1 - 2 gallons of water/day range 95% of the timeshit sucks b, and is f'n with workouts, runs, and even fun time activities.maybe it's not really cramping, but that's what it feels likefor reference, im currently doing M-stretching, sometimes some strength workT-4mile runW-2mile run or other activity (usually racquetball or basketball)H-4mile run, strengthF-stretching/restS-1hr activity (something other than running but usually racquetball)Su-5-6miles run, depending:\

thanks for the article wadhead^^yeah the booze is really the detractor heremoderation for me, is like, excess for others, etc etci detest diet sodas, and will drink a regular soda perhaps three times a year.1 coffee in the morning, 1 green tea in the afternoon is the norm, but balanced out with waterreigning in alcohol consumption is probably the route to takebut what fun is that

deciding to try the spinning classfirst time everit was hill workout. I forgot that if you stop pedaling, you DON'T actually stop pedaling. I have SPD cleats at least so it wasn't as bad as it could have been, but I fucked up.'Then I got it down. My brother in law is on me about being in a spinning class, but 2 things:-Its tough-Hot girlsPlus the gym has a cycle club and tri club so good way to meet those people. Didnt eat 3500 calories per day for about a week and a half. Lost 6 lbs. Doctor was trying to explain to me what "loss of appetite" means. I had to explain to him : I dont want to eat and I feel like I physically cant. Good news is things seem to have been better today. Went back to the gym and was weak as crap. I will join you Cass but not until i get back at least 3 of the 6lbs . I can do a 10 min pace (as much as I joke about sucking). You want me to get your boyfriend on the ectomorph bulk seefood diet?
