Raisin Bran. I'm going off of this fat packet full of suggestions (stuff I need to do to keep my doctor from yelling at me) for what I should change my diet to in order to reduce my blood pressure. One of the suggestions is raisin bran. It's low in salt and has good for you stuff so that's cool.

Hmm... 124/71. I hope my blood pressure goes down now. I seriously just out all the bad salty stuff I was eating. There's nothing left. If this stuff doesn't go away in a couple weeks I'm gonna be pissed.
