^ I'd say the strategy this year is probably just to grab a full class of solid picks and generate some buzz and momentum. Need to cover the player losses that always come from a coaching change and show something to help with future recruiting.

You have to figure some will enroll in January and some will fail to qualify. Having the vast majority of the class committed already allows the staff to start focusing on the class of 2015.
