eleusis - is 1500 cal/day enough for you to maintain the muscle you have? I know you said that you're going to have almost all protein with some carbs. That just doesn't seem like a lot for a guy that is trying to maintain muscle.

^ oh i know! i'm glad someone else saw it. they were doing some stretching when i started my run and i figured they would either pass me at some point around the lake or would be gone by the time i was done. but no i return to see them standing around goofing off on the sidewalk.

They had two full sections of sidewalk blocked when I went through. The main trail by the picnic tables and also the little section from the parking lot to the picnic tables. They seemed really oblivious to me.They were there last Monday too.

i thought it was athens at first since its right across the street. it would make the most sense but i saw some students with leesville tshirts on so i dunno. they were annoying and need to get off the sidewalk if they're just hanging around. they're worse than people who will walk 3-4 people across and take up the entire pathway and then not move over when you're trying to run past them.

i've let myself get a little too comfortable this past hibernation season and the lbs. just aren't coming off as easy as they used to. i exercise regularly and eat pretty healthy but i think my portion sizes are what's killin me. any suggestions on lean filling foods (esp for dinner after workouts)? i know oatmeal and nuts are good for this but i can only eat so much of those things haha

I've been feeling like a fatty lately, so I hung out at the gym for a few hours and burned 1000 calories in cardio. Then I got to my scooter and discovered it wasn't working and got really mad - because I could have saved some time and just walked home for my workout

I did a sprint triathlon at the gym tonight. My run time was fucking deplorable. My swim was good and my bike time was actually excellent. At least I know I need to focus more on my running now.
