I'm glad they kept double a batteries. I for one NEVER want to have controller wires stretched across my room while I'm playing a game. When my batteries die, I prefer to take them out, put them in the charger, and put charged batteries back in. Takes a few more seconds maybe but better than cords.

So the xbox one thread is 16 pages, while the PS4 thread (that I could find) is 1 page and has no posts for more than a month. I take it the Xbox One is more popular here?

I plan on buying one of these systems in the next 6 months, but am torn between them. Always been more of an Xbox guy (never owned a PS3), but am open to the switch if it's the obvious better choice.

Thoughts? I know Titanfall coming out is a big deal for Xbox, but it'll be on PC too and I've never been a huge fan of FPS anyway. I'll play them casually, but I'll never be half as good at them as the people that are, so I tend to like more RPGs and sports games.

Like you said, XBone is much more popular here. I would wait until you hit your 6 month mark and then buy the system with the games you'd like to play more. It is way too early to actually claim which is best and I just like last generation, you'll never have a consensus. I chose to only get the XBone this time around, since the PS3 was so frustrating. My main gripe is the new friends/party system on the XBone, but we're getting used to it.
