You realize this is a 2006, not a 2002. There is a HUGE difference in the two. In 04/05 Maserati finally fixed several big problems with the drivetrain (supposedly) making the car a lot more reliable.

I didn't notice that it was almost 5 years newer. I was just looking at the body style in the picture and assumed that it was about as reliable as the earlier models. Anyways, I saw a black Alpina B7 in the Chick-fila parking lot in Hickory. White Ferrari 575 or 550 in the basement of the huge brick mansion on the edge of Catawba Country Club. There were probably 3 or more exotics behind the Ferrari, but his Cayenne was in the way.

I feel sorry for whoever ends up buying this car. I wouldn't be surprised if the clutch and/or synchros were gone before the guy even makes it home. Stop lights were generally 1 of 2 sounds.

1) BIG rev, medium rev, sound of motor about to stall, take off and run to redline OR
2) VERY long BIG rev that doesn't change in pitch/intensity while the car is accelerating.

He also enjoyed running in what sounded like 4th and felt the need to downshift and rev it up everytime I got beside him. Guess a 4 door Si is a really impressive car to a non-driving twat.
