My sleep schedule used to be even worse. For the first year and a half of my poker career I would consitently stay up till 8-10AM every day and wake up at about 4-6PM. Now I go to bed between 4-6AM and wake up between 12-2PM.

So yeah, that's just how I roll.

I was reading n P5's about sbrugby/aba20 and how he got to where he could play in the 200/400 NL/PL games. Apparently he deposited $300 online in "early 2006" and worked it up from there. Is this even possible?

The interview is on their website. I am having a hard time understanding how one does that.

I doubt he was pulling 100 hr weeks, it would be possible to acheive this with 30-50 hr weeks if the cards break even and you're as good as this dude.
