5 mi runfelt good to run outside for the first time in forever, been getting soft on treadmillsdid not feel good to have a foot blister act up and go bananas todaythought it was mostly healedlittle fuckerALSOi perhaps should have thought that if i took my long route through the parks, that the shady hilly parts were likely still snow covered so it turned from a hilly path run to a hilly snow jaunt running through like, 3-4 inches of melting snow is like, somewhat like running on loose pack sand, and damn if it isnt tiring on hills [Edited on March 1, 2010 at 6:15 PM. sundays are my only day to sleep in, so I didn't make it to spin mondays I'm busy from 6am-9pm so all I could do was get in a quick 30min on the step milltoday I did pump&ride, then taught a 30min lower body/abs class, and tonight I'll be teaching a 30min upper/abs class
