Lewis was maybe a slight miss but neither one of those guys were recruiting "misses" in the true sense. Maybe not what we wanted for the program but not classic busts either.

Lewis was fine, but Gottfried hated him and was going to give all his playing time to Barber regardless of how they played.

Purvis was definitely a bust while he was here.

yeah harris was a lowe recruit. transferred to providence. now is doing his grad transfer year at aurburn

so he would've been a senior last season i think.

The problems with this team are mostly rooted in the construction. You can blame that on Gott for not being able to retain people and missing on a few guys this year but I don't know how he's supposed to scheme better with this group.

Everybody but Cat needs another couple years of seasoning.

Not even close to comparable to Doeren. Archie already has an Elite Eight. Plus A10 basketball is easily stronger than MAC football. You serious? He is 9-2 over top 100 teams including Alabama, Iowa, @Vandy, W&M, Arkansas, and George Washington. He's not beating out Bowling Green in football.
