DW isn't put in positions to succeed when Q is on the floor. He's at his best getting the ball in isolation inside the arc. When Copeland is running the offense, Williams is almost always in a corner. They don't fit together at all.

And don't get me started on the end of half "play" jfc what was that? Holloman dribbles then passes to VAL with his back to the basket on the 3 point line who fumbles it then passes to an out of position Able who has to heave it, all while Williams is stuck in the far corner. Just terrible basketball

I feel like i say this for most games. But broadcasts show way fewer replays than they used to. No replay of VALs foul/block near the end of the shot clock even when the announcers comment that the fans didn’t like the call. It would be nice to see replays on occasion

My guess is ESPN runs a bare bones production crew to 99% of games and the dudes in the truck just don't have the time/manpower to do it.
